But Stuttgart is just 30 km away and easy to reach (from the railway station about 5 minutes walk), located in the immediate vicinity of the highway / motorway or by public transport. Here, every hour two trains per hour towards Stuttgart. Munich can also be reached by train or by car in about 2 hours. We can offer a cozy and exclusive, bright, sun-filled apartment with separate bathroom (toilet, shower), open kitchen and upgraded amenities. The apartment has underfloor heating, has direct access to the romantic, beautiful natural garden with private terrace, stream and small pond. You'll always be in the countryside. Enjoy and relax! The apartment is designed for 1-3 people, possibly for more persons (2 bunk beds, 2 opening, comfortable double sofa-couches).

Charming apartment in an old building, within walking distance of the Landesgartenschau 2026 Cosy, newly renovated apartment in an old building on the first floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with a parking space right by the house. The centre of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometres away, which can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1200 metres from the accommodation. The Landesgartenschau 2026 can be reached on foot in about 800 metres. In the bedroom, there is a premium box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm.

Family & business apartment – modern living

Cosy holiday apartment on the quiet outskirts of the town, ideally located for excursions to Dinkelsbühl (approx. 6 km) and Rothenburg ob der Tauber (approx. 36 km). Located right in the heart of nature, it offers the perfect place to switch off, relax and take a deep breath. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (Beds: 2× 160×200 cm, 1× 180×200 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed at the touch of a button – ideal for extra guests or a cosy movie night.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
