The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

The 60 sqm self-contained apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house, in a quiet location of Heilbronn-Ost. It can be parked by car in the courtyard in front of the facade directly in front of the apartment, or also free of charge in front of the house on the street. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.
