The style is mixed from the 1930s onwards. However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly since then. We are happy to rent monthly or longer. At least weekly.

If you would like to go to Lysekil for the day there is a ferry departing from Fiskebäckskil.

Its immersed in nature located by the sea in a nature reserve. Its completely private but still close to the stunning old fishermans village of Grundsund where you have shops, cafés and restaurants. Closer to the sea you will not, the deck is over the water. Here you live in a cottage of 25 m^3. A room with a kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker The toilet has a sink with hot and cold water. The shower is outside with hot water. The bedroom consists of 2 bunk beds, the lower bed is 10 cm wider, with a duvet and pillow. Bring your own sheets. On the veranda, there are 4 chairs and a dining table.

The nearest store is 5 minutes by car. You need a car to easily get to different places and activities on Orust and Tjörn. Stenungsund is the nearest major city, about 15 minutes by car.
