Go right from the door to Keipen or other summit tours in the Sunnmøre Alps. Enjoy a short distance to popular hiking destinations such as Loen, Geiranger, Briksdalen and Ålesund. The cabin is only 10 minutes from Folkestad-ferga.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and cozy log cabin called "Fossegløs". You can sit in the built-in jacuzzi and enjoy the view of the river and the waterfall Støylefossen. You can explore famous places such as Geiranger and Olden (approx. 2 hours), Loen with Loen Skylift (1.5 hours), the bird island Runde, Øye (1 hour) and the Jugendbyen Ålesund (1.5 hours), and take mountain tours on foot or on skis to Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen and Melshornet (can walk from the cabin). Close to several alpine and cross-country ski slopes.

Quiet area with great views to Ørstafjella, and access to the garden with hens, sheep, calves and horses at the disposal of the guest. We also have a boat for rent in Ørstafjorden. Great hiking area right behind the cabin, with old hellevei laid out by around 1000 large either in the 1800s. We are also in the middle of attractions like Geiranger, Loen and Olden, and Runde with the bird mountain. Also Jugendbyen Ålesund is 1.5 hrs away. In Fosnavågen, we have Sunnmørsbadet water park, 45 minutes away if the day is gray...

It is exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is special to provide an optimal sense of close proximity to nature. On the edge of a pond, created by the river a thousand years old to reach the fjord, weave the cabin partly on the terrain. Located completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking cultural landscapes and rural areas, this is a perfect city both for relaxation and activity.
