Ocean view Tiny House

Absolutely stunning beautiful location directly to Holbæk Fjord with Bognæs Forest in the backyard. Rich opportunity for lovely nature experiences. On the grounds there is its own shelter and fire pit. Good fishing opportunities. The cabin itself is set up as a Tiny House with everything you need. Good double bed and two slightly narrow beds that are best suited for children. At Bognæs there is a very special atmosphere and you completely calm down as soon as you arrive. 15 minutes by car to cozy Holbæk.

Orø offers in season a variety of cafes and restaurants, a cozy mini zoo, playground, and child-friendly beach. The cottage is located at the edge of a small peace forest with birds and deer. Large lawn, surrounded by trees. Great to play and play ball on. There is a sun terrace with lovely sun loungers and a covered terrace that provides space for cozy activities. From the house it is 5 minutes to the water on foot to its own beach and 5 minutes by car to Orø's best and child-friendly bathing beach.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated, classic, cozy and stylish summerhouse only 1 hour from Copenhagen. Situated on a beautiful island with over 50 seven-min ferry passings per day. Great for a restful break for families with kids. The house is just a 2 minute walk from the water, surrounded by walking paths, and just a short car or bicycle ride from all the sites and activities the island has to offer. It has 3 patios, so you are sure to find a spot in the sun while the kids play in the garden.

It sits almost at the end of a gravel road, on a bluff, with direct access to the fjord from the house. Oroe is about 1,5 hour’s drive from Copenhagen, and 1 hour from Roskilde.

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with an outdoor shower. Welcome!

The Cabin is very unique and beautiful. The interior is completely wooden. The house has three bedrooms . Two small rooms with 140cm beds and one big bedroom with 180cm bed. The house has an amazing hot tub, warming up the water by actual fire, the great smell of burning wood makes the whole experience even better. Please keep in mind that sheets and towels are not included but Sofie was very kind to provide that for us. We recommend Sofie as a host and the house as a great destination.

We only stayed here for two nights. I only say because as far as the location is concerned, the cottage is really perfect and you can easily stay here longer. The area is really amazing! However, the accommodation is a bit outdated, which is not necessarily bad as this also really has its charm, but here and there things could be replaced/renewed. Such as duvets and cooking equipment. I cleaned the latter extra well, before use. A slightly more refined eye for cleaning would make the accommodation perfect for me! But again, the environment does a lot of good! You can spot several animal species here, including owls, otters, cows, sheep and birds of prey. + the garden you get at your disposal is also fantastic!!

Staying with Kirsten in this seclusion was simply a dream. I had everything I needed for a long weekend, especially peace and quiet. The nature and the accommodation were perfect. I would and definitely will book with Kirsten again, especially to get to know her personally, as she was unfortunately not on site this weekend. Thank you Kirsten.

Very happy we landed on Anders’ condo. Location was very central to everything, we never needed to have a car or even a bike. We were able to explore all of central Copenhagen on foot. Bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc… The condo itself is very clean, high ceilings, spacious, comfortable bed, high end appliances, pretty art, overall a very nice aesthetic. Anders was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. 10 out of 10.

Super nice house directly at the sea. Quietly located and really a place of well-being. Everything you need was there. Communication with Lars was straightforward and fast. Roskilde and Copenhagen can be reached in about an hour. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you🙂

Our time at Line was absolutely awesome! She is such a great host: helpful, always available, incredibly nice! The cottage blew us away, it was really our island in the big city jungle. Beautiful & enchanting! We were there with our little daughters (4 & 5) ... the garden and the tranquility made this city trip unique! The interior of the cottage is super beautiful, but also cozy! You can see how much time and effort Line has put into setting it up! The garden is so incredibly beautiful .... !!! In addition, Line is an absolute "treasure" .... She even gave us an umbrella to get to the airport dry & gave us a lot of great tips! AirB&B at the highest level... it doesn't get any better! 1000 thanks!!! We will not forget this trip & will definitely come back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s house. It was much nicer than on the photos. The house itself was amazing with all the facilities we needed. The living area, kitchen and garden were amazing. The area was super quiet so we really could relax. Although you need a car to get to shops, restaurants etc. the location was great since all major attractions where just 20 minutes away from the house. We would definitely like to come back.
