Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Inside, there is a large, bright living room, a wood-burning stove and plenty of space for family and friends. With central heating and a heat pump, the house is also wonderful for late summer, autumn and winter.

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, with a kitchen and bathroom. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children can be seriously injured if they fall down.

Get in gear and enjoy our animals in the beautiful nature, with fields as far as the eye can see and maybe a trip in the kayak or hot tub. Cook in the kitchen, on the grill or over a fire. We've got sheep, lots of chickens, and mischievous cats, and from March, little lambs will be out in the field. Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
