Covered seating (beer tent set) in the courtyard with e-bike charging, charcoal grill, 2 deck chairs, umbrella, garden house. 18 km south of Mainz (Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, Alzey, Bad Kreuznach, Bingen, Ingelheim quickly accessible).

Das knapp 100m² große Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung und Blick in den Garten, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße, die etwa zwei Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Stadtmitte entfernt ist. Der Flughafen ist etwa vier Kilometer entfernt und mit Auto oder Bahn in ca. fünf Minunten zu erreichen. Die Frankfurter City sowie die Messe erreicht man in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bahn. Für das tägliche Leben findet man einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt mit Bäckerei und Café in der Stadtmitte.

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (about 70 square meters) is a converted barn and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-) I have hardly any reviews because the cottage was permanently rented.

Niersteiner townhouse with small terrace

This authentic Niersteiner townhouse from 1885 is centrally located between the Rhine and the historic market square on a bike path. The train station is only a few minutes' walk away. The charming house has a small terrace for morning breakfast or evening wine. The small entrance area is connected to the living room, kitchen and shower room. A wooden staircase leads to the two bedrooms. When occupied by 4 people, there is another bathroom.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

You will have breakfast in the Mediterranean courtyard, relax in the hot tub, barbecue on the Weber gas grill and enjoy the evening on the beautiful roof terrace with wines from the hosts' winery. Hiking, cycling, family outings and city culture - all of this can be wonderfully combined from here. No party groups allowed!

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

The bedrooms on the upper floor can be air-conditioned in summer. The beautiful conservatory and balcony invite you to linger. We do NOT rent to fitters.
