Beautiful accommodation with 2 fantastic balconies or 1 balcony and 1 roof terrace. Everything is sparkling clean and very spacious. Simple kitchen equipment and no bath towels available for terrace or beach. Good and quiet. Everything in Split is easy to walk. Everything is super and definitely recommended.

Nenad hosts a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Split, which is great for being walking distance to everything! The apartment itself was lovely, decorated very well, clean, and had all amenities as described. If we come back to Split, we’ll definitely be booking this apartment again - it was perfect!

Perfect location for visiting Split. We walked with our toddler to Diocletian’s Palace every day. Laundry access is right outside the apartment door and was extremely convenient.

Great location and nice apartment suitable for 1-2 people for short period. Comfortable beds and well-equiped kitchen. A little mould on the ceiling in the shower. Also, it was not wiped under the beds. It was nice to have some basics in the cupboards like salt, pepper, oil and coffee. Even some washing powder in the bathroom. All in all, the apartment was a little dark due to very small windows and the outside window covers but l guess if you care you could open them. We were satisfied.

Petar is an amazing host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place! The flat was very modern and on the 9th floor which made it very quiet and cool. Petar himself is super friendly and gave us loads of tips which turned out to be great! I highly recommend staying at his place! :)

Lovely, modern refurbished apartment. everything you need in kitchen, very clean and veds were super comfortable. Great location to old town and Marjam park. Plenty of restaurants all within walking distance.

The apartment was great, as it appears in the description, the service was very good when necessary. It is a quiet area, close to downtown and with all kinds of services nearby.

Arsen’s place is beautiful and we had a great time, not much to do near by but it’s not too far of a taxi ride to Split

Great apartment outside of the hustle of old town but easily walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We especially appreciated the proximity to the Marjan forest park which was lovely to walk/swim/explore. We were only in town for one day/night and Dragana was kind enough to accommodate early check in so we could head to the apartment right from our ferry - and even left us some complimentary beer for our arrival! Would recommend and stay again if we’re back in Split.

The apartment was like the photos, small but with everything you need for exploring the city. Lili was very friendly and responsive. 15 min walk to the city centre old town. Very much worth it and recommended.

Lovely apartment in walking distance from main attractions in the city, Marjan and the Palace. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. The apartment had multiple AC units (to cover the bedrooms and the main living area) - and given the summer heat this fact is very important.

We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation! We booked a workation for a team of four, and the space was perfect for balancing privacy with opportunities to work collaboratively. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, from well-equipped workspaces to comfortable living areas. The location was also ideal, allowing us to enjoy the area during our downtime. Marko and Marija were responsive and made sure we had a seamless stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a productive and relaxing getaway!

Tanja's home is a hidden gem. It is only a 10mins walk to the Palace, restaurants and the Port, yet tucked away in a quiet residential locality. The property itself is so good, top class furniture and furnishings, squeaky clean and a home away from home. Tanja is a wonderful host and super kind. When I mentioned about reaching Split late, she went out of the way to make table reservations for dinner. She was always responsive for questions. The attention to detail is evident from the Candles, Toiletries, Cutlery, Fresh Towels, Hair Dryer, Iron Box etc. LOVED OUR STAY! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
