it exceeded all expectations. the apartment is located near the center, the apartment has absolutely everything necessary for a stay), the apartment is very neat and clean. the apartment has a balcony with an incredible view of the sea. in addition, Rosana is a very pleasant, responsive and amazing person. she met us, helped us with our luggage and even fed us :) and also made walk for us. I have never met or expected such hospitality

We had a great time staying at Bozana's place. Great view & close to public transport & shops. Inside the apartment was perfect, we also loved the outdoor patio space. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Split.

Beautiful place. Basically had everything we needed. Uber to city centre cost €5 each time and took about 10-15 mins which was fine. Bus system was available but ubers were just easier. Everything worked fine from the air con to oven to shower. The bed was actually extremely comfortable especially since we were expecting a couch bed with decent comfortability but got a large double bed instead (thank god) Super easy to get in and out of the building and genuinely felt super safe in the area.

Korana was very attentive to our questions. The apartment is beautiful and very neat. The area is residential and very quiet. 10 minutes by taxi from the historic center (7 euros). Self check-in is very convenient to enter at any time.

This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. great location, tucked in a little alleyway, in a courtyard. Quiet at night. just outside of the old town area. close to the markets which was great for cheaper coffee and wonderful fresh fruit. Apartment was compact but clean and the washing machine was very handy ( one of the reasons we booked) only comment would be to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower soap.

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

Great location, and Ante was very helpful. The place is ideal for a family as both bedrooms are on the same level, and everything is well organised and clean and tidy. Perfect for a night in Split before catching the ferry.

Home from home feeling, clean and tidy and the hosts were great, we were lucky enough to let us check in early!

We arrived quite late in the night but everything was well arranged for our arrival. Katjia even left us some snacks in the fridge! The house itself feels very cozy. There is quite a big selection of spices and kitchen tools. Funny thing is that there are so many places to sit/lay in the garden. You can soak up the sun 70% of the day depending on where you sit. We encountered a few issues (unforeseen) and these were addressed in a very short timespan. Katjia responds very fast via the chat. Would definitely recommend this lovely house!

Mrs Ana and his husband are amazing people. They answer very fast and very helpfull for us. Mr Petar arranged transport for me to the airport and I could see nice view in Solin. I recommend!!

Our stay was amazing. The property was everything listed and more. Ilderin was the most helpful host, from meeting us to guide us to the Villa, to the arrival tour of the local area and even wowing us with a meal of the local cuisine. The villa itself was immaculate and extremely well equipped. The setting is idyllic. We were very sad to be leaving and can't wait to visit again.

Easy no frills and great communication

We loved this apartment! Instructions from Jelena were clear and easy. It’s a stone throw away from the center, yet it’s in a quiet area at night. The bikes were handy to use also. There’s restaurants, garage parking, and grocery stores nearby. If we return to Split again, we’d look into here :)

Silvija's accommodation is very well located for visiting Split! Close to various restaurants and supermarkets... Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, air-conditioned, with a pleasant and private outdoor area! Silvija is a responsive and welcoming host, with small touches (especially with our late arrival). Only small negative point: living room a little dark

Very good and communicative host, beautiful place and fantastic surroundings. However it perfectly works for those who have a private (owned or rental) car.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Lovely little place, we throughly enjoyed our stay at Nina's place.

We loved our unforgettable stay in Roko’s incredible well-appointed apartment! After a friendly host tour provided by Roko’s mother, we relished the amazing feeling of staying in architect-designed spaces directly inside the ancient walls and arches of Diocletian’s palace. As the sun set, we sipped wine on the rooftop terrace, gazed out at the boats and the sea, and watched visitors climb the steps of the bell tower. The apartment had everything we needed for a lovely visit to Split, so conveniently located to all the sites, ferries in the harbor, and busses to the airport. We hope to return soon!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.
