Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Opatija

It was a wonderful holiday in a perfect house with a quiet and very private environment. The pool was great. The house was modern and newly furnished. Just as it was described in the pictures. We would all like to come back here next year.

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

I highly recommend it, it was definitely not our last stay in this place. The house is wonderfully furnished and equipped. Localization is perfect for a peaceful rest.

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

The house is just as beautiful as in the photos. We felt right at home. Everything is very clean, the landlord has always been available and the hot tub is cleaned regularly. Everything was great. 😊

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

Great apartment, clean and beautiful sea and beaches with shade, short walk away!

Tibor's apartment offers everything you need for a short to medium holiday. Communication with him was always very straightforward and direct. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tibor's mother and taken around the apartment and the property. A small welcome snack for guests of all ages is available in the living room. The accommodation itself was very clean and had everything you need in everyday life. The terrace offers a perfect outdoor retreat with plenty of space for breakfast, dinner, or just relaxing. The pool area is large enough for several guests. The pool itself offers the perfect opportunity to refresh yourself, do some sports, or play with your children. The area around the apartment is very quiet, to get to the nearest town, you would probably need a car, or bike, if you don't mind walking a bit, the same goes for the nearest beach.

Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

We are happy with the place, it was easy to find. It has a beautiful view of the sea, ideal for sipping morning coffee. The place is just right for a couple or 2 people. I recommend it to others.

Everything was as described and clean. Nina was a great host: responsive and easy to communicate with. We were very satisfied with everything.

Very good stay here, good location close to the beach, well-equipped! Irma is a great host, very friendly, responsive who gave us all the good tips around. I can only recommend the place!

We stayed here for 6 for a week and the apartment was really great for that. Plenty of space and two separate areas. The best would be the 4 bathrooms and the balcony with great views. There was also everything else you need, enough towels, blankets and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Opposite the house is a pizzeria that is highly recommended and only a 2-minute walk away you will find a supermarket with everything you need. There is also a staircase directly next to the house, but from there it is about 10 minutes to the main road and the ascent back is relatively strenuous.

We spent our five nights in one of the wooden cabins and were able to enjoy the togetherness, nature and tranquility together with our dog. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to take care of us over the period. Miki was available to us at all times and was very helpful (picking up firewood, round recommendations, etc.) Her hospitable nature showed Miki and his partner above all by bringing us local apple juice from the neighboring village. All in all, a very successful stay to unwind and feel comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

I stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very welcome right away! The host is very warm and helpful, everything is exactly as shown in the pictures and in the information. Very quiet area and ideal for nature lovers! I can also highly recommend taking a tour on the host's boat on the nearby lake. All in all a great experience, thank you!

Toralf and Marina are very hospitable and have served us coffee and cake right after the strenuous drive. Very idyllic location. By the pool you could only hear the birds chirping. You have a view of the sea. Every now and then you get a nice visit from the two cats Mia and Lucy, who are happy about petting. Betty the dear dog also greets you when you come back from a trip. The house has everything needed and more. Medulin also has everything you need: grocery stores, a beautiful harbor with good restaurants and a beach. Always happy to come back. Everythink was great! Nature is beautiful. Miki is very nice and helpful host.

My partner and I were Miki's guests for only 2 nights but with great regret because the place was worth a longer stop. If you want a real dip in the nature and tranquility of a remote place but without sacrificing the comforts of accommodations and amenities (everything is very new and well functional) then it is the place for you! We thank our host Miki and his daughter for the attention to detail, the delicious hospitality they offered us, we will definitely be back!

We were greeted by Bruno and his family who showed us all the details of their beautiful cabin in perfect Italian and with the utmost kindness. The cabin, very clean and perfectly equipped, is immersed in a dense beech forest with other houses around that keep company. A stone's throw away is the Sviščaki retreat that runs as a trattoria and a bar with a children's playground nearby. Nearby are a few mountain trails immersed in the woods, almost all easily accessible. In short, there were four of us plus a two-year-old girl and we had a beautiful quiet vacation in the middle of nature. Thank you Bruno.

Beautiful house, great view, lovely wood stove. Noisy neighbours: Bronsty deer😜. Nature is very close here. What a wonderful place to disconnect from civilization. Incidentally, great internet coverage (KPN). Being able to make beautiful walks from the house. We were able to charge our electric car for free in Skrad! (Elen network) The Ioniq 5 went smoothly across the forest and gravel paths to the house. Definitely recommend if you are looking for peace!
