Holiday rentals with a sauna in Opatija

The apartment is tidy, but there is a strong smell of humidity. The toilet is super big and tidy, very nice. The people who run the apartment didn't know that they also had underfloor heating that I found and turned on myself, and heats the floor in the toilet and living room. When this is on it does not need AC in the winter. It was missing a napkin, salt, pepper, and oil at least okay for guests to have who are there for a few days, not that we have to buy everything. Dish detergent was missing so they brought us, although there is a dishwashing machine that also didn't have at least 2 washing tablets. Also the light in the fridge does not work. The couch where I slept is uncomfortable does not have a mattress topper and in the middle of your back as you sleep and pierce the board. I gave good ratings because it's not bad, but they could have met those needs, they did, because I have a place to stay and it means a lot when the host thinks about the little things they mean for people who are traveling and don't have to carry those basics with them.

Our arrival was very flexible and hassle-free, but it was a bit confusing at first to find the accommodation because Google Maps did not display the accommodation correctly. Our hostess then took care of us very quickly, very friendly and helpful to make our holiday as smooth and stress-free as possible. Cleanliness of our apartment was also very good as well as the breathtaking view of the relaxation area. My summary is that the holiday was very nice as well as the cleanliness, quick response and good service I would highly recommend it!

My stay in this suite was simply perfect! Spacious, modern and spotlessly clean, it gave me the comforts of home. The location is ideal - close to the center and all the necessary amenities, yet quiet enough for a complete vacation. The host was super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to return!

We enjoyed very much our stay at Lovorka's aparman. She was very helpful, replying very quickly. The apartment is nice, well equipped, very convinient. We would choose it again for our next stay in Rijeka.

Very nice apartment with great view from the balcony. Since the whole village is on a hill, the road to the sea goes downhill. 15 minutes on foot. It's not very difficult to climb back, but we drove with the children. There are small shops nearby. We bought in large supermarkets in the neighboring town of Pula. It's 15 min by car. Fabio is very friendly and responded to all our requests. The apartment has everything you need, even a wine cabinet:)

We spent four nights here with our family and loved every minute of it. It is a beautiful space, and easily accommodated six adults and a baby. We were able to cook every night and dine at the outdoor table next to the small dipping pool, before taking a post-dinner dip in that pool. It’s right in the old town of Krk, which is super charming. The beds were comfortable, and we were lacking for nothing. Highly recommend!

What a paradise! We were very warmly welcomed by Reinhold. He remained a very attentive host throughout our stay, who brought us a nice cold drink when we were in the garden, the hot tub heated etc. The view from the apartment and from the garden is in reality even more beautiful than in the photos. A sauna and hot tub with such a view are very special!! The apartment is very spacious, the furniture is very comfortable, a nice bed and the kitchen is well furnished. Please note: No microwave and dishwasher. There are 2 restaurants nearby. Also a well-stocked supermarket nearby. We could enjoy cycling there with our e-bikes, the national park is close by. The arrival was a bit exciting because we didn't know the road. Small narrow and steep streets. Once you know, it's doable. We would like to book a stay every year, but it's a bit far from the Netherlands. We warmly recommend the flat!

Very nice and clean apartment with a unique view of the sea. I highly recommend the place because in a quiet place. There is a beach nearby with sun loungers. There's nothing missing in the apartment. Recommended

Very nice accommodation with breathtaking views over Opatja to the sea. Furnished with a lot of love, nothing is missing. The pool area was also clean and well maintained, and most of the time we had it all to ourselves. The terrace is very large and especially for breakfast and in the evening really very nice! The contact with Cornelia was also great, we would love to come back soon!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

We had a beautiful apartment with view on the sea. It was clean a plenty of space. The pool area was also very nice. Almost everything is in a walkable distance and it looks beautiful there. So I highly recommend.

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking to saying goodbye. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and things to do. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. To say goodbye, they arrive and gift their guests. We were very happy to be in the house and felt very comfortable .

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

Our stay was really comfortable and pleasent. The view from the balcony is beautiful and calming and the house is clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. Would reccomend to everyone who is looking for some peace and rest while visiting Gorski Kotar.

We were here for the first time and what can I say, it was just fantastically beautiful. The place is super nice. The host is more than friendly. He was there every day to clean the pool. He always had an open ear for questions. We felt comfortable all around and will definitely come back here for a holiday. Thank you very much.

If you're looking for a place to take a break from your fast-paced life, you're here! Clean, tidy, with lots of natural amenities in the area. I recommend to everyone except those who have a problem that the stairs to the sleeping area are steep, and the ones that lead to the bathroom are narrow and spiral. We're happy, we'll be back on another occasion! :)

Very nice and clean accommodation. Well-equipped and cozy . The garden area was also very good, there were lots of opportunities to relax there. There were toys for the kids. It's family-friendly .

We rented this beautiful house for a family holiday (7 adults + 2 babies), which met all needs. We fit comfortably. The cottage is really well equipped, we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Rade is kind, helpful. We kept in touch throughout the holiday. We had a great time and would love to come back.
