Lyts Kastieltsje, a quiet cottage in an orchard

Lyts Kastieltsje is one of our 2 properties. The other is the peaceful East Punsmiert chalet. Both are a short walk from the Waddenzee, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the largest tidal area on Earth. The cottage was once part of the cooling barn for the old fruit farm. It is surrounded by over a hectare of gardens, orchards and meadow which provide a home for our three sheep, bees and many species of birds. The orchards contain plum, quince, medlar and different varieties of apple and pear trees.

Dit voorjaar April 2026, is ons voorheen kleinste appartement volledig verbouwd en alles vernieuwd. Waarbij het verdubbelt is in volume. 2 persoons appartement de Tureluur. Geen baby’s, kinderen, huisdieren toegestaan. Inclusief bedlinnen opgemaakt bed bij aankomst +4 douchehanddoeken +2 sauna/strandhanddoeken + keukenlinnen. Lekker relaxen, wakker worden van de vogels & in slaap vallen bij echte donkere, stille nachten en 't zachte geruis van de zee. Met grote zonnige gedeelde privé tuin.

Onze Konga float heeft een vaste ligplaats aan ons prive eiland, gelegen in het meer de Morra in Zuid West Friesland. Heb je behoefte aan privacy, rust, ruimte, off grid, natuur in alle comfort, dan is onze Float exact wat je nodig hebt. Je hebt het eiland voor jezelf. Midden in de natuur. Je kunt vissen, zwemmen, suppen, zeilen, of gewoon even helemaal niks. Wakker worden in ons, duurzaam gebouwd varend tiny huis is voor iedereen een weldaad, waarna je de hectiek van alle dag weer aan kunt.

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 6 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.
