Former lighthouse assistant residence for rent. Unique location by the lighthouse overlooking the Great Belt. Swimming opportunities right outside the door. Sea kayak and paddleboard can be borrowed at your own risk. The house contains a kitchen-dining kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and 3 rooms with 6 beds (2 single beds, 2 double beds, 140 cm and 160 cm respectively) and a bathroom with shower. Terrace with evening sun/sunset. 1500 m to the grocery store. 2 km to the harbor. Cleaning is included. Bedding and towels are not included but can be rented for DKK 250

Secluded and directly by the sea with its own jetty

If you are looking for a romantic stay, or a very special experience with the family, this is the place. You can completely unwind in peace and quiet, enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord while the fire warms you. You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Idyllic black cottage first row to the sea

First row to the water - jetty and sauna. Beautiful well-maintained 50s wooden summerhouse in black with white windows. Swedish-inspired tree yard, with the most wonderful herbs. Huge garden with lovely little houses, overnight for a total of 4 people . Choose yourself from the cottage by the vineyard in the backyard , or the bedroom in the main house directly to the tree yard. Lützens Palæ, newly renovated, 180 m2, directly to Svendborgsund. Beach, marina, views from all primary rooms and balcony. 5-10 minutes to the city center, cafes, restaurants, theater and music. Cabin by the forest

My charming wooden cottage, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to the simple primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. Sleep well in the cabin's loft overlooking the field, and enjoy your morning coffee among the birdsong and maybe you'll see a deer. Breakfast and drinks can be purchased. Please ask. Small double bed in the loft for 2. Bedding for child/adult, with mattress/weekend bed in the living room. Sheets, duvet and pillow covers and towels are included

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Brillegaard

Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 metres from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a 3,100m2 beautiful natural plot with pine trees. Here you can really enjoy the silence and the raw nature. Storebælt is right at your front door. The cottage is cosy furnished, with spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and an open kitchen-dining area. The view of the sea can be enjoyed from all the rooms.

The guest house is with its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. The guesthouse is well-suited for an overnight stay or two for guests passing through. Many people choose the place as a quiet stop on the journey. Tenant can self check in. I don't greet as a host, you check yourself in.
