Due to the large bath, there is no separate shower but there is a handheld shower. Lastly, enjoy latest streaming shows/movies on 55 inch w/Bose surround sound by the fireplace. Streaming svc only, not live TV.

You have private access to our walk-out basement w/bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, + board games, books, ping pong, our backyard and a nearby park. The bedroom has a California King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

Enjoy a private walk-out basement located in a West Omaha, family-friendly neighborhood! The house backs up to a beautiful walking path that runs parallel to the creek and a prairie reserve. We have two dogs, so if you bring a pet, please know the backyard is a shared space! Pets are certainly welcome! We are passionate about hosting guests and creating comfortable and cozy spaces. At our other Airbnb property, we get a lot of comments about the comfy beds, and we have the same kind here!

Dundee is a heavily desired/quiet neighborhood in Omaha with large early 20th century homes. (Warren Buffet lives in the area) Dundee is close to the Medical Center, bars/restaurants in Mid-Town, Aksarben, Downtown Dundee, Benson, and Downtown Omaha and the airport.

Amazing restaurants near by as well as Dunkin' donuts also a favorite with a drive-thru for convenience.
