The bedroom has a Cal King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

When you pull in the driveway, you'll notice this little place has a surprisingly large yard with mature trees and peonies. Close to the trendy, historic Benson district (1 mile) which features restaurants, bars and ice cream. Benson also has scooter and bike rentals.

The neighborhood is located close to downtown and right off the highway. Bemis and Walnut Hill park, are a 5min walk from the house and great for kids and pets. TD Ameritrade, CHI, Old Market and Blackstone are all less then a 10min drive from the house.
