We can't rave enough about our stay at Joel's place!!! It's so beautiful and peaceful. Felt so relaxed the moment we arrived. A nice soak in the jacuzzi at sunset was the topper for me. I also slept better at Joels than I had in the last 10 days of our vacation. I wish we could have spent more time enjoying the beautiful space here. We will 100% be back! Joel's communication is on point. Thanks again for a great stay 💚

I was on a roadtrip across country and this space was the perfect reprieve from the 70. A calm country road to get on and off the route, but not much added time. The animals were a lovely added character to the spot, and the area felt safe. We went on long walk and run before getting back on the road. This space also has a covered area to park and coffee which was perfect for our needs.

My adult children and grandchildren arrived prior to my husband and I. they had all the sleeping arrangements picked out for everyone and gave me a tour. the A-frame was spectacular upon entering the kitchen went on for what seemed a mile, beautiful, white, marble kitchen with gorgeous stainless steel appliances. and the deck beyond the family room. the three tweens slept upstairs it was perfect for them and they loved it. we slept on the main floor, perfect! my daughter and son-in-law on the lower level along with my other daughter on the pull-up sofa. we were all very comfortable and happy with the arrangements. we went to the beach one day. the kids went hiking around the house with the metal detector one day and then it rained. we went to Pillsbury something with a waterfall and goofed around for a while. came home and ate and watched amazing sunsets. had a glow stick/necklace party on the deck after dark, then it stormed. played the game Life for 3 eves in a row, I think Emmy won

Not sure what is about this place but you just instantly relax. It is quiet. The cows are fun to listen to and our dog was super curious about them. At night we saw lightening bugs (fireflies). The sunsets are gorgeous. There is a small store in Randolph, we recommend the pepper bacon and eggs to make for breakfast. They also have soft serve ice cream. We had great internet, and tv. The furniture and beds were super comfortable. Best tap water we have had in years. There were 4 of us and we never lacked for hot water. This is a dirt road, but very well maintained. Take your time, enjoy the drive and the scenery and wildlife. We would gladly stay there again.
