Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Olmedo

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, zwei sehr schöne sanierte Badezimmer, zwei sehr große Terrassen mit jeweils sehr gepflegtem Garten und eine dritte Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick. Die Küche besaß alles was wir brauchten inklusive einem modernen 4-Felder-Induktionsherd. Das Warmwasser funktionierte überall einwandfrei und es gab bequeme Gartenmöbel in ausreichender Anzahl. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls bequem. Im Nachbarort Santa Teresa, der in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar ist, gibt es gute und leckere Gastronomie, die wir auch mehrfach genossen haben. Die ganze Gegend hat uns toll gefallen und unser Vermieter Matteo und sein Team sind jederzeit leicht erreichbar, sollte man sie brauchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke, Matteo!

Nous avons passé une petite semaine en famille ( 2 adultes 1 enfant et un bébé) dans le logement. La maison de Maria Laura est situé dans un endroit paisible à 8/10 minutes à pied de la plage et 10 /15 minutes en voiture de la ville de Sorso. Maria Laura est tres sympa et nous a tres bien accueillie à notre arrivée sur l'Ile. la communication est extrêmement rapide et efficace via message (merci encore pour les tips et bonnes adresses). Le logement est bien équipé avec une vue sur la mer en arrière plan très cool. Un petit dej pour tout le monde avec gâteaux et confitures et chaque jour. rien à dire de plus c'était top. merci encore . bonne continuation ! Guillaume Deborah Milo et Matéo

Das Haus ist absolut top, groß und perfekt gelegen, alles genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat nicht viel Arbeitsfläche aber dafür gibt es einen großen Esstisch 😉 beide Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll und riesig. Wir hatten ebenfalls das Problem bzgl. Wasser und WLAN aber Irene hat uns sofort geholfen, sodass das überhaupt kein Thema war, damit kann man in südlichen Ländern rechnen. Irene ist eine absolut vorbildliche Gastgeberin, flexibel und geht auf Wünsche ein, sodass wir die Möglichkeit bekommen haben früher einzuchecken und später auszuchecken, was für uns einfach klasse war! Casa bellissima, Paolo e Lella sempre super disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Super consigliato!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Great apartment for our young family- really well equipped kitchen and baby equipment. Lovely outdoor spaces - balcony plus roof terrace. Our toddler loved watching the boats. Nice touches like plenty of coffee capsules and laundry supplies. Walkable to town but a good 20 minutes and hilly, so with two small children we preferred to drive. There are lots of steps to access the apartment, but the private garage meant we stored our buggy in the car so no problem.

We had such a wonderful stay at the house, Tonino and Maddalena made us feel so welcome and gave us great tips for the area! We loved sitting under the olive trees and enjoyed the cosy house. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and we slept very good. Thanks again for having us and being so nice and helpful ☺️

Godt hus i tre etager, gode faciliteter, dejligt med terrasse og lille have. Ligger ugeneret. Vi var to voksne og 4 børn. Byen byder på forskellige muligheder også uden for sæson, der er fx legeplads, strand, restaurant, dagligvarebutik, kiosk. Vi nød vores dage i La Ciaccia. Værten var imødekommende og hjælpsom.

Appartement très confortable idéalement situé : à proximité de la plage et de Lu Bagnu nous avons pu visité tout le nord de la Sardaigne. Séjour inoubliable car nous voyagions en famille pour une première fois dans cette merveilleuse île

Fabulous location, comfortable spacious accommodation for 2 people. Everything was provided including coffee pod machine. Warm bedding for the cooler nights. Spiral staircase up to roof balcony needed caution. Wonderful restaurant 5 metres from front door, very popular, book as soon as you arrive. Lovely kind hosts, highly recommended.

We've just returned from a 4 night stay in Castelsardo and Marcia's flat was simply brilliant. The views from the balcony of the sea, beach, town and sunsets were magnificent. The rooftop pool was well loved and well used by our two kids; in before breakfast and before bed. The location of the flat is ace; a 5 minute stroll to the centre, 10 minute stroll to the beach via a winding path and 10 minute stroll to the castle and old town. It's a stunning place. Marcia was super helpful beforehand answering questions (thank you!). The beach is a must; turquoise clear waters, plenty of space, fish galore. The apartment was perfect; clean and had everything you'd need. The sofa bed was really comfy. I didn't end up using the parking space provided as the hire car company gave us a bigger car than we'd booked. For ease, we parked on the road outside and always got a space. The blue bays were €14 per day, which was well worth the convenience and stress of parking a big car in a small space.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad, ruim appartement en prettig contact. Het strand en zee zijn heerlijk dichtbij (5 minuten lopen). Rustige plek. Helaas nog geen restaurant open, omdat het voorseizoen was. Wij hebben genoten!

Nicola did everything to make my stay in his apartment most comfortable. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were spotless clean, the bed comfortable. I enjoyed the last rays of sunshine sitting on the spacious balcony with a sea view and Capo Caccia. The street and neighbourhood are quiet and I was very happy and grateful to be able to use a bike so I could reach the historic town centre within 10 minutes. Supermarkets , the beach and the beautiful pine tree beach are within easy reach. When a problem occurred, Nicola responded immediately and helped. I only recommend 👌 Nicolas air bnb!

We zijn met ons gezin 4 nachtjes verbleven in de superior appartement van Dario. Het appartement overtrof onze verwachtingen. Een mooi gebouw, mooi entree en een zeer ruim appartement wat was voorzien van alle gemakken. Ruime woonkamer, complete keuken en heerlijk terras. Het is gewoon fijn thuiskomen na een dag strand, stad of activiteit. Qua locatie perfect voor het bezoeken van Alghero of de mooie stranden in het noordwesten van Sardinie. Dario zelf is zeer vriendelijk & reageert snel. Dankjewel.

Beautifully renovated apartment with a great location to all Alghero has to offer with easy proximity to the best sites of the West. It is very spacious and feels bigger than the pictures. The bed was especially comfortable, a rare find in my Italy AirBnB experience! The patio was such a special bonus and a great place to have a drink or relax. Highly recommend and absolutely would stay here next time!!

Abbiamo soggiornato l’ultima settimana di agosto e la prima settimana di settembre 2024. La posizione è veramente comoda a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto pulito, accogliente e soprattutto attrezzato di tutto. Il giardino è semplicemente meraviglioso con una vista mozzafiato per godersi la colazione e gli aperitivi serali. Il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

This apartment was our favorite during our 2 week stay in Sardinia. Castelsardo is a must-see charming town and this apartment is the perfect home base. The apartment was incredibly clean, very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop is the perfect place to relax in the mornings or evenings and the location is unbeatable — close to the historic part of the town, as well as close to street parking for easy access to hop in your car and get out of the town for the day. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Très bel appartement spacieux. Idéal pour une famille avec des enfants. La terrasse et la véranda sont vraiment un atout pour l’appartement. Place de parking au pied de l’appartement. Liberty est une hôte très sympathique. Nous recommandons le logement à tout le monde

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le mari d’Eva qui parle très bien français donc plus facile pour nous le logement est tres bien placé à 2 pas de la mer une cour privée clôturée donc pour notre chien parfait tout etait tres fonctionnel et complet et merci pour toutes ces recommandations qui nous ont permis de passer un tres bon séjour.

Apartamento genial, situado en pleno casco antiguo , en una calle tranquila, el apartamento es pequeño , para una estancia no muy larga es perfecto. Las camas muy cómodas.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

Pierpaolo e Caterina sono stati degli host impeccabili: Hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze in tempi rapidissimi. Super accoglienti e ospitali, disponibili nei consigli. La casa è situata a circa 20 minuti a piedi, per le nostre esigenze è stato l'ideale: lontano dal caos ma allo stesso tempo raggiungibile a piedi senza dover usare necessariamente la macchina. L'appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione, c'era tutto il necessario e tanta attrezzatura (lettino, giochi, libri e stoviglie) per il bambino. Consigliatissimo.

We stayed for 3 nights at Veronica‘s and it was perfect. Veronica always responded very quickly. Check-in was clear and we could even stay a bit longer for check-out because we needed to pass some time as we had a doctors appointment. The apartment has everything you need to stay for a longer time. Parking was at the street, but there is always a free spot. It was very clean and the garden is beautiful to spend some time. We can highly recommend this place.

Cristina was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property itself was very comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, which made our experience even more pleasant.
