Spacious and elegant, located in an 18th-century building that has been recently renovated, at the entrance to the historic centre. Located on the third floor of the building (no lift), spread over two levels: on the first floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. The walls, with their distinctive exposed stonework, are original, and the floors have an 'antiqued' finish; the furniture design is contemporary. The market is 5 minutes away, there is public parking 300/350 metres away, and the bus to the airport and beaches is 200 metres away.

You can relax in this oasis of tranquility, surrounded by greenery away from traffic but close to the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. The house is entirely surrounded by olive grove, orchard, and vineyard. It is accessed through the paved road and only in the last 200m the road is unpaved but perfectly accessible. It is about 3km from the village of Olmedo, from Alghero about 8km, from Fertilia airport only 6km. The perfect base, nestled between the tranquillity of the countryside and the area's most beautiful beaches.

The natural surroundings creates the perfect setting for relaxation and quality time for special moments with family, friends or to reconnect with yourself.

The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Independent accommodation in a small residence. Complete with everything, we just changed the bed and mattress and added a new sofa bed. Recently built, class C with excellent thermal and acoustic performance. Two beaches 2 and 6 minutes walk away and a world to visit 15/20 minutes drive away, La Pelosa, the island of Asinara, Stintino and its ancient port, the beautiful Alghero and much, much more to discover... Casa Ichnusa is a charming single-family holiday home located overlooking the sea in the bay of sunsets. It offers every kind of comfort and is the ideal choice for those looking for a quiet stay in the heart of nature, feeling like on a ship in the middle of the sea, and with all the services nearby. New apartment with high quality finish: two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom and living area, an open space with kitchen equipped with all comforts, dining table, sofa and TV. Each room has air conditioning. The outside patio is equipped with table and chairs: a large common garden and a private barbecue are available. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.
