Located on the third floor of the building (no lift), spread over two levels: on the first floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. The walls, with their distinctive exposed stonework, are original, and the floors have an 'antiqued' finish; the furniture design is contemporary.
