Spacious and elegant, located in an 18th-century building that has been recently renovated, at the entrance to the historic centre. Located on the third floor of the building (no lift), spread over two levels: on the first floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. The walls, with their distinctive exposed stonework, are original, and the floors have an 'antiqued' finish; the furniture design is contemporary. The market is 5 minutes away, there is public parking 300/350 metres away, and the bus to the airport and beaches is 200 metres away.

Natural relaxation

You can relax in this oasis of tranquility, surrounded by greenery away from traffic but close to the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. The house is entirely surrounded by olive grove, orchard, and vineyard. It is accessed through the paved road and only in the last 200m the road is unpaved but perfectly accessible. It is about 3km from the village of Olmedo, from Alghero about 8km, from Fertilia airport only 6km. The perfect base, nestled between the tranquillity of the countryside and the area's most beautiful beaches.

Old renovated farmhouse 300 meters from the sea

Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Delightful, recently renovated two-room apartment in a very central location in the historic center, a stone's throw from the wonderful Alghero seafront overlooking the open sea with a view of the magnificent Capo Caccia promontory. The apartment was completed, fully furnished and equipped with all essential amenities, just before August 2023.
