Located on the third floor of the building (no lift), spread over two levels: on the first floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. The walls, with their distinctive exposed stonework, are original, and the floors have an 'antiqued' finish; the furniture design is contemporary. The market is 5 minutes away, there is public parking 300/350 metres away, and the bus to the airport and beaches is 200 metres away.

Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
