Puoi rilassarti in quest'oasi di tranquillità, immerso nel verde lontano dal traffico ma vicino alle più belle spiagge del nord Sardegna. La casa è interamente circondata da oliveto, frutteto e vigna. Vi si accede attraverso strada asfaltata e solo negli ultimi 200m la strada è sterrata ma perfettamente percorribile. Dista dal paese di Olmedo circa 3km, da Alghero circa 8km, dall' aeroporto di Fertilia solo 6km. La base ideale tra la quiete della campagna e le spiagge più belle della zona.

The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

This nice and small suite counts 1 bedroom with king size beds, 1 bathroom (shower, bidet, wc and lavabo), air-conditioning and cooking corner (with sink, fridge and portable induction hob), together with many more amenities in a very cool and warm interior ambiance.  The apartment is located at the 1st floor, NO ELEVATOR.  In such an atmosphere, our hosts are brought to live a pleasant stay.
