It is 4 km to the beach and 4 km to Svendborg. You can quickly get to the cozy city atmosphere, while always having the peace and quiet of nature at your fingertips. It is possible to use the terrace with garden furniture and parasol. The apartment is bright and friendly with its own kitchen and dining area for 4 people, refrigerator with small freezer and full service. The apartment has 2 rooms. The first bedroom is a living room with a brand new sofa bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed. Please note that the 2 rooms have a shared exit.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. Great for an overnight or two when you're on the go. Not a summer house. Tenant can self check in. I will not greet as a host unless desired by tenant. Sleeps 4 Double bed: 180x200 Single bed: 90x200 Bed: 120x200 Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Dishwasher and underfloor heating The area is scenic and there are opportunities for many good walks.
