Outstanding Condo, if you are looking for a great place to stay with great Hosts look no further than this gem. It was everything they said it would be and more. Great location, easy to get to everything you would like to do and see in Branson. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The space was so comfortable and roomy for 6 adults. It was seven better than the photos. The pool was super close and we had it to ourselves most of the time. I love the gated community for safety and how close it was to the attractions while not being in a crowded busy place. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I were so amazed at how beautiful Adam's place was. The master suite bed was SO comfortable. The television in the living room was massive. The picture in the listing doesn't do this place justice. We loved our stay.❤️

This was my family’s first time visiting Branson and we wanted something close to activities, but not right on the strip. This place was perfect! It is just a few miles from all attractions on 74. Gated community with golf course, indoor & outdoor pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and on-site dining all within walking distance. Everything as described on the listing. Check-in was seamless and condo was spotless. Equipped with plenty of places to sleep and plenty of towels, wash clothes, pots, pans, pates, and flatware. The balcony has a beautiful view of the golf course, and it was very peaceful. Beds are very comfortable and spacious. Christene is an amazing host! Very responsive, friendly, and informative. Her instructions are clear, which aided in such a stress free check-in and check-out process. She had suggestions for things to do near by and offered to help if we had any questions or wanted more information. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

it is a wonderful peaceful place by the lake would go there all the time peaceful good way to get away from the crazy with a little bit of traffic but really nice clean peaceful

Cute, nicely decorated unit on the end of a building with two full bathrooms and a little patio out back. We liked the layout (perfect for two couples traveling together or families that want a little privacy), and the location. You can park right in front of the front door, but you're also very close to the landing and downtown. Would definitely consider staying here again.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was seamless and communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and helpful. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — exactly as pictured (if not better!).

This was an excellent stay and we really enjoyed our time. It is close to downtown and other areas. The house was clean, nice, and very cute. I’d highly recommend it to anyone!

We stayed as a family of 9. House was super spacious and had lots to do as a family. The whole house was clean upon arrival. It is close to the attractions. Indoor and outdoor pool were both amazing! Highly recommend!!!!!

I like to stay in places that are away from busy, downtown areas. This place was in a fantastic location. It is in a quiet, serene location with a beautiful view, but close enough to downtown and activities. The house is so sweet, everything one needs is available, and it is so bright and welcoming. I think I hung out at the house more than I did at reunion activities. I also appreciate greatly that pets are allowed in such a fine residence.

Kate’s place was great for my husband and I’d anniversary trip. It was clean, welcoming, and we really loved the hot tub. We were disappointed because one of the primary reasons we booked this location was for the pool, but it was inaccessible. I do wish there would have been prior communication in the listing that it wasn’t available. However, we enjoyed our time and would come stay again.

This was an amazing stay, it's a very peaceful and quiet home. it's a cute tiny home. Only negative is if you're staying longer there's no washer/dryer. The hot tub and grill were amazing. It's not too far of a drive from Branson so there's plenty of things to do. If you want to relax and cook yourself there's a really nice grocery store 15 minutes away.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bryan & Kara's lovely home. We will most definitely return! It was perfect for the two of us, a little slice of heaven. There is a small winding road into the neighborhood, where we only met 1 car coming in and coming out the entire weekend we stayed. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The charming cottage was perfect for us. The entire top floor is the master bedroom, complete with a jetted tub in the bedroom which I enjoyed immensely! The hot tub on the deck overlooked the local area mountains/hills. There was lots of wildlife, I enjoyed watching the birds while drinking my coffee in the kitchen and out on the deck. We fed a turtle in the back yard area and watched many different animals eating in the back yard. Just at the bottom of the hill coming in, is the Downing Street Historic District in Hollister. It is awesome, you must go! Visit Downing Street Pour House, my husband had the best burger he's ever had! Everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The space was extremely comfortable with the perfect amenities. There was plenty of seating and comfortable blankets for lounging. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates and utensils to go around. I even noticed lots of kid friendly things such as a play kitchen, kid plates and utensils, and a small crib/pack n play in the closet. The hosts responded quickly if we ever reached out with a question. The location was great being in a 15 min proximity to lots of places we were visiting. While the neighborhood was large and continuing in construction, it still felt quiet and private where we were staying. The only con was that the instructions to finding which cabin were a little difficult to follow/explain to anyone joining you on your trip. So pay close attention! Also, having to drive our bags of trash to a dumpster at the end of our stay was not ideal. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for a week and it was delightful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there is a lot to do around. The drive into Branson is roughly 30 minutes but it is a nice drive. The house was very clean and cozy. The host responded quickly and was understanding. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10.

The place was immaculate! It had everything we could have needed. The location was awesome. It was easy to get signed into our tv subscriptions. The area was quiet. I am always hesitant where we stay bc of pests or cleanliness, but this exceeded our expectations!

The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions/needs. It’s a great location. The condo is very clean, and organized. The only problem we encountered was trying to get the sliding door to the porch to close. The screened in porch was a nice treat! We would definitely stay again!

You are 15-20 minutes from just about anything you could want in Branson. Quiet location out of the hustle and bustle. Good parking. Kitchen was spotless as was the unit when we arrived. Great, clear instructions from the host. I would definitely recommend this spot and would certainly stay here again on a return trip.

Condo was cozy and plenty of space for our family. They had extra bath and bed linens. Everything was clean and neat. We didn’t use the kitchen but they seemed to have lots of extras. The Host was very attentive and replied quickly. Great location for Silver Dollar City and main drag in Branson.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! Our kiddos loved the play area and we loved the pool!

This was the second time my family and I stayed at Rolando’s condo, and we hope to come back. We had a sudden change of dates out of our control and Rolando adjusted our stay promptly with no issues. Clean comfy place to stay just minutes from shows and the Sight and Sound Theater. I highly recommend this condo for a peaceful and accommodating vacation spot.

We love the Porte Royale Golf Club. It is close to go to Sights & Sounds shows, restaurant, and shopping but far enough away that it doesn’t seem touristy. We especially enjoy going for our morning walks with nice sidewalks and lots of beautiful outdoors. Sunrise on the balcony was special each day and it’s very convenient to the pools. We tried to do breakfast at the clubhouse but it didn’t open until 8 am, perhaps another time. We had a relaxing time and slept great, loved using the fan. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

We had a great stay in Branson. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The view of the river was beautiful and made for a lovely way to start the day. The only small downside was the lack of privacy on the balcony when others were outside at the same time, but it wasn’t a big issue. The hosts were fantastic, very responsive and offered great local recommendations, including a dog sitter (even though we didn’t end up needing one). We would definitely stay here again.
