You will enjoy a shared garden with Xavier, the neighbor year-round, but rarely in the garden because they work a lot...A private space is provided with deckchairs, BBQ, table and chairs. A right of passage passes in front of the house but it is very rarely and discreetly used: this is also Oléron's charm!
