Holiday rentals with beach access in Oléron

We had a very good stay, apparently quiet and pleasant, all comforts!

Excellent stay. The apartment is very clean, ideally located and matches the listing.

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

What a wonderful place in the best part of Île de Ré. We had such excellent hosts, Anne Kathrine and Remy. Special mention to Maya, their beautiful and friendly dog, her daily greetings were so welcoming. We leave with lovely memories of a great revisit to the island after 32 years! Would highly recommend staying at Thierry’s apartment. Incredible location, close to everything. Was spacious and incredibly clean and Thierry was very communicative.

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

This is a wonderful house and location. Secluded, atmospheric, and with a feeling of home.

Everything was perfect. The place is as charming as it is welcoming: a tastefully renovated cellar, and above all perfectly equipped. There's absolutely nothing you need. You feel good there right away, almost at home. The bike rental is a real plus to enjoy the island, and the recommendations (walks, restaurants, etc.) are really valuable. If we return to the island of Oléron, this is where we will put our suitcases again, without hesitation.

Very cute little house. Very, very nice garden. Everything was perfect. The decor is very nice. The house is functional. Quiet. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. My dog was more than happy. The village centre is 2 minutes away by car. Marie is very responsive. I recommend 200%

I confirm what has already been said. Accommodation completely consistent with the photos and description. Quiet (for us, 15 May). Well-equipped terrace (table, lounge, deckchair) and in the sun all day. Garden. Fully enclosed, ideal for our little dog. Bike path at the foot of the gate. We did not meet Agnès but she was always responsive to our requests. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Elodie and Brice are very welcoming hosts. In addition, I benefited from a very effective osteopathy session with Brice because I was stuck in part of my back. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the accommodation is impeccable. This couple will do everything to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I would recommend it 100%.

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

We had a most pleasant stay in Marielle and Jean Claude's very well located apartment. We were able to enjoy their superb terrace. The residence is very well maintained and very quiet. Their advice for visiting the region was very helpful. A big thank you to both of you for the little treats too. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, very close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as the shops. We also enjoyed the calm, the view of the trees framing a small stretch of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it's not a lockbox, it's appreciated.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with all the amenities you need. Extremely clean and we'll decorated. Very close to great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very good welcome, clean apartment

It was a great stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a scorching hot time and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!
