Holiday rentals with a sauna in Oléron

Well-equipped studio, just next to the pool, and quiet anyway. Communication a little minimal before the stay but everything went well. Comfortable for three people and above all very well located very close to the center of Saint Martin.

We had a lovely stay at Pascal's very well-equipped accommodation and with access to the central pool, sauna and Hammam. It is also very well located a few minutes walk from the port. We really appreciated Pascal's messages to provide us with all the useful information as well as the very friendly welcome from Jacky and his wife.

Great host, Julie is very responsive, accommodating and very friendly. She did everything she could to make our stay go great and she was successful. In a good location, easy to access and easy to park. Great also for dogs who are allowed , which is becoming rare.....! a park is right next door as well as a pedestrian and bike path, which allows for beautiful walks. The bean coffee machine is easy to use and works very well, in addition the coffee is provided. In short, a top host and very nice apartment.

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

The accommodation proposed by Dominique and Yves corresponds in every way to what we expected: a clean, quiet, well designed accommodation, very well located. Dominique and Yves were lovely, welcoming us with great kindness. We thank them again and would highly recommend their place.

We girlfriends à l 'île de Ré. We spent 2 pleasant nights in Sophie and Bertrand's place. The accommodation is comfortable, well equipped and the 2 bathrooms are a real plus for 4 people. The place was very clean upon arrival. The little extras of our stay: access to the fitness room, heated pool, sauna, steam room and bike rental in the residence! A stone's throw from the center of St Martin en Ré, the residence remains quiet from the tourist hustle and bustle. Thanks to Bertrand and Sophie for our friendly exchanges.

We had a great stay at Muriel's apartment. Small clean and functional cocoon located in a quiet residence. Muriel is very pleasant and available. I would highly recommend a stay on Ile d 'Oléron.

Our short stay went very well. The accommodation is very bright with its large floor-to-ceiling windows and very quiet. It is very well decorated and very well equipped. The reserved parking space and the possibility of staying with your pet are very much appreciated. The setting is pleasant (green spaces, flowers and trees). We will be back out of season without hesitation.

Isabelle is a very welcoming and cheerful person. She recommended some must-see places to do in the area. She knows the area really well so it's a plus if you want exit ideas to do! When it comes to the place, it's just perfect. It is very well equipped, clean, well-appointed and it feels like home! And the little extra, the Gironbain which does good to relax in the evening after a good day! I highly recommend it!

The house is quite suitable for several couples who want to meet. The layout of the rooms allows privacy to be preserved. Too bad the weather did not allow us to fully enjoy the exteriors which are remarkable especially the heated pool in Easter. Jean Christophe and his team are very available. Feel free to rent the bikes with them.

We had an exceptional stay in Nathalie's beautiful house for an EVG! The house is really perfect, everything is as described, and to top it all off, the indoor pool (big big positive point with an ideal temperature) is actually bigger than it appears in the photos! The kitchen is also nickel, well sized (in terms of size and equipment) for a house of this size. Same for sleeping arrangements. Contact with Nathalie is easy, we quickly got all the answers to our questions. The same applies for Jean Christophe who was there for our welcome and departure. In short, an unforgettable stay and EVG!

Our stay went perfectly! The house was very welcoming, nice, spacious. We appreciated the comfort of the interior: - fully equipped, spacious and family-friendly kitchen & living room - Large quiet rooms -Hamman But, also outdoor spaces: Beautiful terrace with umbrellas and pool. Christelle's welcome is impeccable. The accommodation is spacious and very pleasant. It is very well equipped including for doggies😀! Time did not allow us to fully enjoy this beautiful place but it was a welcome break in everyday life.
