Very well equipped and very clean accommodation. Ideally located, very quiet area, close to town and port and the most parking space. Laure is a very responsive and friendly host.

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

We were very happy about our stay. The neighbourhood is very calm, with typical houses in the surrounding streets. The apartment is very cozy, well equipped, clean, has lots of warm water, and is quiet at night. We especially loved hanging out in the small courtyard at any time of the day. Nicolas is very quick at responding and we warmly recommend this little oasis to future travellers.

Apartment ideally located in a quiet area and our car has not moved because everything can be done on foot. Marion is available and responsive. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos and description. We had a great and pleasant stay.

We had a great time at Stephane and Huyen's place. They took the time to welcome us and give us tips on things to do in the area. The cleanliness of the space as well as the atmosphere was more than just the rendezvous. Proximity to shops is a plus. We highly recommend these hosts and this listing. For a studio the apartment is very functional, spacious well decorated. The accommodation is bright, small sea view, in a quiet residence is secure. Functional accommodation, very well located, a short walk to the beach, and very close to all shops and the covered market of Chatelaillon where you will find all the local specialties! Parking is a real plus, everything is on foot! Go there without so much as a second thought!

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.

A real feast for the eyes, and pure rest. The apartment has an extraordinary view of the ocean, and the beach of Les Faucillons is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, there is absolutely nothing missing, and the comfort is total. There's even parking space available. Royan's activities, are just a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is the most relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge very efficient and very professional for check-in and checkout. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.
