Beautiful old renovated house in nature.

A natural gem, with tranquility, peace and nature. 5 km from the highway - 3 km from Sakskøbing. The house is a through renovated thatched half-timbered house from 1824 with all modern amenities. New shower and toilet, kitchen, heating in the floors, and two nice bedrooms. The house is located overlooking the fjord, field and forest on a large nature plot including herbal and sensory garden. The old stable building, with large glass sections, is directly next to the herb garden. The building is converted into a studio that sleeps 6 dining guests.

Here are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fishing cleaning area and a lovely large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. Small cozy apartment cabin located directly on the Dahmer dike. The apartment is on the ground floor of the old fisherman's house. There is a living room and bedroom with adjoining kitchen and a bathroom. The house is older and the ceilings of the apartment are partly low or there are wooden beams. Especially in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Very tall people have to be a little careful. This includes a large fenced garden with terrace. Internet is at your disposal!
