Monthly Rentals in Oldbury

The accommodation is as described which was set up like a self contained studio (microwave, fridge, cutlery etc available) which provides adequate privacy as well as being able to prepare a light meal. What I thought was a nice touch was the complimentary refreshments available. What I would improve on, based on personal preference would be to have a curtain at the window due to the natural light coming through the blinds early in the morning.

A pure Gem . A friendly host and very accomodatting . The property was fantastic ....well equipped kitchen , comfortable bed and awesome shower.! and with two fur babies it was a wonderful surprise to have an enclosed secure space for them to play . As a short stay the location was just perfect ... easy access for city centre , retail , dining and entertainment . We look forward to our next visit . " IT WAS BOSTIN !! " 10/10

Hasan is a great host, responds quickly to any question. His house is clean, nice and quiet. I will surely recommend Hasan to my course mates

The hosts were great, and accommodated my requests at such short notice (the same day of booking). I felt right at home, the location was nice and quaint, lots of amenities, a small and cosy kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, microwave and electric hob. I felt that both the price and location were great, it felt quite safe and is an extension of the hosts home, secured with security cameras, providing that extra sense of safety. The general location is around 5 minutes away by car from Tipton train station, and around 15-20 mins walk. The hosts were great, met me at the door on the day of my stay. The room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, I felt right at home and feel that after staying at multiple different locations, this is definitely something I'd come back to in the future. Keep up the great work Casa Cicada!
