Beachfront holiday rental in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Ana's studio in Dubrovnik! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town and the beach (and yes there are stairs coming back up but it was doable). The studio itself was simple but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved starting my mornings with coffee on the balcony and taking in the beautiful views. Ana was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, it was the ideal spot for exploring Dubrovnik, and I’d definitely stay here again

This is the second time I have stayed in Renata's apartment...and I would happily stay there again. The location is wonderful, the deck is fabulous, and the bed is quite comfortable. it has everything I needed for a long stay. (over 1 month total).

Alberto was an amazing host. The location is amazing and the garden is beautiful. Alberto truly went above and beyond!

Fantastic, central apartment close to everything

Ivanka is a truly wonderful host – attentive, incredibly helpful, and always present when needed. The flat itself is perfect: beautifully clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a stone’s throw from the sea and well connected to all the must-see spots around Dubrovnik. It’s the ideal base for exploring this stunning part of the world. lovely stay, v relaxing and beautiful property in a wonderful location. irena was v welcoming and super helpful and took the stress out of airport transfers by booking taxi for us. she has a lovely eye for detail.

Nike’s place was great. It is accurately described & it looks like the photos. She was flexible with our check in which was really helpful. She gave us great recs for restaurants & grocery stores. It’s cozy but it has everything you might need!

Absolutely fabulous 5 days in this beautiful apartment with outstanding views! Within easy walking distance of the centre of Cavtat, which has so many great restaurants & beach bars! It is a short steep walk back up (just like a lot of places in the area!) but worth it for the amazing views! We found the road a little easier than the steps, nice to have the option! Victoria was very helpful and on hand for anything we needed, even providing fresh towels & toilet rolls mid stay! The pool area was lovely, never busy and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets! The apartment is on the road into Cavtat (also the inbound flight path), which wasn’t busy at night, also, the apartment seemed very well soundproofed, so we didn’t hear anything at night and enjoyed watching the planes in the day! The only disappointing thing was lack of furniture on the bedroom balcony, which was a shame, as we’d like to of used it! We would all highly recommend the apartment and hope to return!

We had the most amazing stay. The apartment was beautiful. Mario and Dijana were extremely responsive and helpful. Mario picked us up from the airport and took us to the supermarket after showing us around and giving us some great recommendations which was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Would highly recommend! The area was perfect, a short bus ride or taxi boat to Dubrovnik and Cavtat and Mlini itself was the perfect alternative to the hustle and bustle - beautiful beach and restaurant’s and so much to do.

The view was lovely and the pool perfect for a dip after a hot day. The two closest restaurants were fabulous. Easy to get to the beach to rent a kayak. Kristina was communicative and kind.

We were very pleased and our expectations were exceeded in many ways. Beautiful views were astonishing and the pool area was peaceful and clean as well as equiped with good sunbeds. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. By using Uber we were able to achieve what we wanted, with very reasonable price, although local buses were available too.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The environment is perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and virtually right on the doorstep. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)

Had a great stay in a lovely apartment. Ivica is a great host and made us feel very welcome. Lovely view from the balcony over the bay and the Old Town. Apartment is close to the Old Town, sights, beaches and restaurants. The steps from the Old Town up to the apartment were interesting and we went home fitter and healthier than when we arrived 😁

We spent 3 nights in Dubrovnik and Marta’s place was the perfect base! The location right next to the old town was ideal, as soon as you come out of the Airbnb you’re met with views of the wall and sea (and no endless stairs to climb to get home). The apartment was also right next to the airport transfer drop off which was really convenient for us. Beds were comfy and apartment was super clean and well equipped, we wouldn’t have changed a thing! Smart tv with Netflix etc. was an unexpected bonus :)

What a place and experience! Nataša was fantastic, meeting us at apt and answering ALL questions. Recommendations enhanced experience. The view might give you reason not to explore Dubrovnik but it only gets better. Leaving with wonderful memories!

Location was perfect with a stunning view of the city! Would highly recommend anyone divisions dubrovnik to stay here. The space was spotless and Alenka even met us early to let us in so we could leave our bags as we explored. 10/10!

4 of us spent a week at Renata and Stjepan’s apartment and it was fantastic. The location is perfect for a holiday exploring the old town of Dubrovnik and beyond. The apartment is a 1 minute walk from the main Street in the old town and only 1 step on the way to negotiate, unlike others which can be up numerous steps. The apartment is tastefully furnished, everything you could need. There are 3 air conditioning units - one in the main living area and one in each bedroom so the heat was never a problem. Renata and Stjepan are perfect hosts. Met us on arrival with a cold drink, some fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. They gave us some great pointers on what to do / where to go and were always on hand if we needed some help / advice. They absolutely went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for (they know what we mean - thank you again). So if you’re looking for accommodation in Dubrovnik Old Town and have found this place, look no further. You wont find better. 5⭐️

Exceptional Experience with Ivana! Beautiful place! We can't say enough good things about our stay with Ivana in old Town, Croatia! After our original Airbnb turned out to be dirty and not as advertised, we were fortunate to find Ivana. We stayed at her location for four nights, and she went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Ivana’s Airbnb was very well decorated, clean & cute, creating a lovely atmosphere for our time there. It was also perfectly located near tons of restaurants and shops, making everything very walkable and convenient. Ivana greeted us with homemade lemonade and limoncello, which set the tone for our stay. She even helped us find and walked us over to meet our next Airbnb host, ensuring a seamless transition (bc hers was previously booked over the next ten days!). She went above and beyond. We are so grateful for everything Ivana did for us and highly recommend staying at her condo if you're looking for a wonderful host in Croatia! Thank you so much!

Super cute place in the heart of Dubrovnik old city! As other reviews have said, lots of stairs to get to it so be aware of that. Completely doable if you’re in good health. Small space, but kept very clean and perfect for two people. Not a ton of space to lounge, but great for a short trip. Only slight setback was that we wished there were some towels for dishes in the kitchen, but there were plenty for the bathroom. The cats and tortoises were a big plus, and the outside space was super cute. Overall, wonderful apartment!
