Beachfront holiday rental in Dubrovnik

This apartment is set in a beautiful location overlooking the water and old town. Also only around 10/15 minutes walk to the old town itself so perfectly situated. It was clean, had all the amenities you would need and the host Ivica was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Dubrovnik!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the place is in a good location, the accommodation is well-equipped with magnificent views. Our host was responsive and gave us some good sightseeing suggestions. Everything was clean upon arrival, highly recommended!

The perfect apartment for a Dubrovnik stay! Loved the space, the garden, the view, the decor! Was all perfect. Irena was really lovely- met us at the apartment & showed us around. The beach is 5 mins away & perfect for a morning swim! Great value & loads of space- everywhere else we looked at in Dubrovnik was tiny & expensive! It’s a beautiful 15 min walk to the old town too :)

We loved our stay here! The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the old town making it a perfect location to explore Dubrovnik. The balcony was a highlight with a stunning view of the sea and city. It was so handy having a kitchen and washing machine during our stay as well. Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Dubrovnik!

We had a great stay at Luko’s place . It had everything you needed plus an amazing view . Perfectly located , close enough to walk to the old town and yet away from the all the crowds . We found the easiest route to the old town was down the road ( 10 min walk )and take the steps to the left of the cable car station . Luko was an excellent host and quick to respond to any questions I had . I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Dubrovnik.

Fantastic place!! Zeljko was very kind and helpful. He grew up in this apartment so you can tell he cares about it! The location was perfect. We didn't have to worry about bringing a car too close to the old town but it was still easy to walk to from the apartment. Parking was also easy because Zeljko saved a space for us.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. We arrived a bit early and we were able to leave our luggage and got access earlier than expected. The house was absolutely spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and had every appliance we needed for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well designed and luxurious. The open plan kitchen living and dining areas were spacious and very comfortable. The pool and garden grounds were well looked after. The accommodation was faultless all round and we would recommend this highly to others and would love to visit again. The location is perfect in a lovely quiet bay but also easy to get into Dubrovnik. Our hosts were caring and considerate and provided a lot of advice for trips and things to do.

Loved the location. Very easy to get into old city. Amazing view from our balcony. Good outdoor space, all spotlessly clean with nice pool. Kristina was responsive to online contact, but a joy to meet. So open, chilled and friendly. Absolutely recommend her place.

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

This place is beautiful! The communication with Emily was good, the pool is very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Emily also provided us with snacks and drinks. We only stayed 2 nights but we'd definitely like to stay longer next time we come here :)

The location is perfect and the unit is perfect, and Hrvoje (Ivona's husband) was unbelievably helpful. He was in contact from well before we arrived, sending us a substantial list of favorite restaurants and other activities well in advance so we could plan and book. The day of, he made sure he knew how we were arriving so he could be maximally helpful and make sure he was here to greet us. When we were here, he told us about special events happening that weekend and left us materials about them. And when we realized that we didn't have swim gear, he lent us some! (And he told us which restaurant delivers poolside ... which we took advantage of!) If we come back to Dubrovnik, this is where we'll stay.

Vesna is an amazing host! She was so responsive and very accommodating. She met us at the villa for check-in and explained everything we needed to know about the house. It was very easy to get an uber/bolt to the old town and was a 3 minute walk to the local beach. We had an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, beautiful, comfortable and in a great location, not to mention the magnificent view. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and the Old Town and most tourist attractions are within a 10-minute walk. The hosts are very kind and attentive. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Dubrovnik.

The apartment was very nice. Beautiful view from the terrace. Short walk to market, restaurants and bus stop. Lots of steps so good shoes needed! The host, Petra, was really sweet, helped and took good care of us. She answered always quickly. I highly recommend this apartment and host!

Very nice place to stay

We had a wonderful quiet time in this house. The stairs down to the house are, to say the least, a good workout. Getting your suitcases there is a challenge. But, the terrace at the sea makes everything worthwhile.

Wow. Absolutely first class in every respect. Everything we had hoped the apartment would be…and more. It is very well equipped with everything you may need and also has an excellent shower and very comfortable bed. The location is easy walking distance to everywhere, with lovely coastal walks and excellent restaurants available nearby. Ivo couldn’t have been any more welcoming and helpful with great advice and top tips. The views from the spacious and relaxing terrace are absolutely stunning and something we are very much missing already. We would absolutely return again and also recommend to family and friends. On a more general note, Dubrovnik is a beautiful city with locals who are clearly so proud of their city and country and it shows with the cleanliness and safeness of the streets.

Marija’s place was perfect, the view out over the bay was stunning! The large terrace was great for relaxing. The location was ideal, with stairs leading to the sea just outside the apartment. Restaurants & bars within walking distance. Bus routes are all close by. Marija’s son offers an airport pick up and drop off which is very helpful. Highly recommend this property for a very relaxing holiday.
