Beachfront holiday rental in Dubrovnik

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Ana's studio in Dubrovnik! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town and the beach (and yes there are stairs coming back up but it was doable). The studio itself was simple but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved starting my mornings with coffee on the balcony and taking in the beautiful views. Ana was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, it was the ideal spot for exploring Dubrovnik, and I’d definitely stay here again

This is the second time I have stayed in Renata's apartment...and I would happily stay there again. The location is wonderful, the deck is fabulous, and the bed is quite comfortable. it has everything I needed for a long stay. (over 1 month total).

You could consider being more responsive to messages, especially around check-in. When someone is travelling—like we were, coming from Albania—it’s reassuring to know everything is confirmed. We weren’t sure if the booking was secure, and since we hadn’t heard back from the host, we were worried we might have to make alternative arrangements at the last minute.

Ivanka is a truly wonderful host – attentive, incredibly helpful, and always present when needed. The flat itself is perfect: beautifully clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a stone’s throw from the sea and well connected to all the must-see spots around Dubrovnik. It’s the ideal base for exploring this stunning part of the world. Perfect stay in Dubrovnik! We were really happy to have chosen this place to stay. The house was clean, cosy and in an ideal location, but the real difference was made by Ada! She was incredibly kind and helpful: she waited for us to check in even though we arrived late at night, and she was always ready to help us with anything. In addition, Ada helped me with great enthusiasm to organise a surprise inside the house for my boyfriend's birthday, showing a really rare availability and attention. He made our stay not only comfortable, but also full of emotions and beautiful memories. We are truly grateful for the hospitality we received — when we return to Dubrovnik, we will certainly know who to return to! Highly recommended! Thank you very much, Ada ❤️

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated. The pool and hot tub were such a treat, and being right on the sea made it all feel extra special. Getting into town was easy with taxis, Ubers, or even the local bus, but honestly, we loved just relaxing at the house! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Katarina and her family. She went above and beyond—helping us find a phenomenal private chef, offering thoughtful recommendations, and being so warm and generous with her time. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend—this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

The view was lovely and the pool perfect for a dip after a hot day. The two closest restaurants were fabulous. Easy to get to the beach to rent a kayak. Kristina was communicative and kind.

Mandaljena was really friendly and welcoming. The Vila is stunning and the beach area is better than we had imagined. Beautiful views and Mandaljena made us the most delicious chocolate cake. Would go back again

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Antun and Marija offer a truly fantastic property for AirBnB. You cannot beat the proximity to Dubrovnik's Old Town— it is literally steps away, but also *just* far enough from the madness of never-ending tourists. This is a tranquil spot, and my studio was delightful. Newer finishes, comfortable, and spacious enough that I never felt cramped (and I travel with a LOT for one person). The bathroom is so nice, too! The pool is a lovely feature, and I enjoyed using it, as well as the chance to just chill out and lay out in the sun on the loungers. My first day in, Marija greeted me by the pool... with homemade desserts! That's on top of the palačinke already waiting for me in my room on arrival AND the štrudla on another day! It was so delightful, and so kind, and I really appreciated that loving touch. I'll wrap it up saying that if you have the chance to stay here, do it! What an incredible place to stay, we arrived and was greeted by the lovely Diana. She immediately made us feel at home, walking us round the estate showing us all of the amenities. We stayed in the guest house with it's own private balcony shaded by a veranda covered in beautiful Wisteria. The guest house itself is lovely, well presented and incredibly clean on arrival with plenty of hot water and an extremely comfy bed,with lovely white soft bed sheets. The grounds to the main Villa are gorgeous with orange trees and well maintained all round. The pool is immaculate with warm water, seating areas and kitchen with fresh ground coffee available free for guests which is a lovely touch.Overall we recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik. It is a short 10 min walk to the old city and there is a very nice restaurant nearby (Fratellos) that does amazing cocktails. Best start of the summer and we will definitely be back!

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)

We enjoyed the home, location, and hospitality immensely. After a long day exploring, there was a quiet place with gorgeous views to return to. Miro, mgmt co, helped us getting to property with rental car, finding parking, and explained the unit. There was some very nice food and drink upon our arrival which was sincerely appreciated. The owner lives next door and dropped by to introduce herself and share some local goodies. Thoughtful! The unit is clean and tidy, thoughtfully laid out, spacious, conveniently located to everything, finishings are of nice quality, and has a fabulous view from the beautiful deck. Highly recommend. One of the best we’ve stayed at.

I forwarn you not to come to this place. Because in the end, you'll never want to leave. It is absolutely hard for me to check out as I cannot get my eyes off of this gorgeous view. When you can see the whole old town with the turquoise sea from your room, will you be able to move on with your life? Besides, I love when I walk closer to the old town in the morning and even more in the evening when the sun is setting and the golden light leaks through the trees on the way back to my room. There is nowhere on earth second to this place. I am so blessed that it was still available for the period of my visit in Dubrovnik. Bonus, the host is the best of air bnb host I've ever met!

This is the best price you’ll get for the area— the view is incredible and 100% worth the stairs. The apartment itself is super clean and comfortable.
