Perfectly located (Palmotićeva street number 5) and newly renovated, Apartments Old Town Top Spot are situated just a step away from Stradun, the main street in Dubrovnik Old town, numerous restaurants, beaches, galleries and all the historical monuments and museums. The apartments are close to everything with perfect location to explore around. There are no steps from Pile Gate and Stradun main street to apartment, but there are about 15 steps in the building as apartment is on the 1st floor.

It is also known as an elite area with amazing houses.()It is close to two sandy beaches and Old town is only 10/15min walking distance along beautiful road that goes right above the sea and passes next to luxury hotels,but if you don'twant to walk bus station is right under the building. The apartment is situated in a single-story annex adjacent to the main building which houses four more rental units that share a communal swimming pool, open from May to October. Additionally, there is a terrace next to this apartment with a BBQ that all of our guests can use, including those staying in this apartment. Our property is situated on a hillside that overlooks the Dubrovnik marina and other charming parts of town. It offers 180-degree views of the sea and nearby islands.

Cute studio in Dubrovnik central

The studio is located in the business heart of Dubrovnik. A ten-minute walk from the central bus station and port. Five-minute ride by bus to the Old town from the bus station just outside of the building. Newly built in 2021, high-speed internet is perfect if you have to work while traveling. Also, a bus station where the shuttle bus to the airport stops. It is surrounded with restaurants, cafe bars, shopping centers, a local produce marketplace, and a fresh fish market.
