Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Great location. Up a hill so great views but not great if mobility is an issue. Clean apartment with great balcony for views. Down the staircase is the bus stop to get bus 4 to the old town, and a bakery, cafe, shop and more restaurants, plus the beach.

We had a wonderful stay. Maris was very hospitable, even as our travel plans kept adjusting and we arrived at almost 11pm! The views from the apartment are even more beautiful than the photos. Every window in each room has a beautiful view. You can even see Old Town from the master bedroom. It's a very easy walk to Old Town, about 15 minutes. There's also a small grocery store in the area if you plan on cooking. The apartment was clean and well-supplied.

This place is great, very comfortable space, like new, super clean, all the amenities you can hope for. As other reviews have written, there are a lot of stairs, but that's clearly communicated and no issue if you dont have a stroller or mobility challenges.

Ivanka is a truly wonderful host – attentive, incredibly helpful, and always present when needed. The flat itself is perfect: beautifully clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a stone’s throw from the sea and well connected to all the must-see spots around Dubrovnik. It’s the ideal base for exploring this stunning part of the world. The host family was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a wonderful time, thanks to them and the lovely apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There’s also a supermarket near the bus stop, which was very convenient. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace, which my son absolutely loved—he spent a lot of time playing there. The rooms were neat and clean, and the kitchen was very practical and well-equipped. I’d love to come back to this place already.

We’ve had a lovely stay at Mihovil’s place!! The view from our window was fantastic and the studio was super clean , with modern decor and fully equipped appliances!! Our communication with Mihovil and his family was excellent! Also, what really helped was the fact that after check in there is a secluded area where we could leave our luggage safely !! Definitely recommend this place! Thank you very much!!

What a spectacular stay! I am constantly on the lookout for Airbnbs with incredible views and this one fit the bill. Waking up every morning to views of the sea and old town is something I will never forget. We loved the location because it was secluded yet super walkable to all the restaurants, shops and attractions. The stairs are no joke though! After getting used to them, we just found it to be a unique part of the experience.

Location is the best possible and the flats are really nice and cozy - unique! Though I mistook the flat I was supposed to be in on the first day, Marko communicated very friendly and I ciuld go back to make the switch what led to a good laugh with the "neighbours" and making friends. Really amazing place I can't wait to go back soon.

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Great location to old town. Probably about 5 to 10mins walk to it. dubrovnik is a place filled with steps, but this house is probably only about 10 to 15 steps or so from the road. Thus, it's a very good location. All amenities included except you gotta bring your own shampoo and body wash because they don't have those two. But I asked the customer service about it and they offered to sent it over for us on request. So, overall it's a good customer service there. Quite prompt in request to solve issues if you have any. Otherwise, it's good and will highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week in an amazing villa. The setting is truly stunning, very peaceful and with a wonderful view over to the Adriatic. The villa itself is very well equipped with the benefit of a great pool and hot-tub, and is located within easy walking distance of Zaton which has some nice bars and restaurants. We visited Dubrovnik and Cavtat which are within easy reach, and also took a ferry to Lokrum Island which is well worth a visit. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Duro’s house and will hopefully return again in the future!

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

Dominik is an excellent host. Replied to any queries we had promptly. The property is absolutely beautiful. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. 2 minutes walk to the entrance of the old city. No car or taxis needed which we found a bonus. We had a wonderful week staying at this property and would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay Right in old town of Dubrovnik with a view of the wall, water and Locum island. We were close for walking to everything we wanted to do. We loved the bakery that opened at 6:30 am by the outside market The house had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It is on the third floor so there are stairs to climb, but it is totally worth the climb. Sammy and Alem were very responsive to our questions. We would book this wonderful place the next time we are in Dubrovnik.

We had a marvelous time at this place. It is a small peace of paradise where you can only relax and enjoy the hospitality of Darko. The room had everything you needed and was very clean. Darko prepared breakfast in the morning and in the evening there are plenty of restaurants to discover or you can even cook yourself. It was hard to leave!

We stayed at Tonci’s place for a week. The place is as lovely as on the photos. It makes you feel immediately at home, and it has everything you need for a nice and relaxed stay. It is in a calm area not far from Dubrovnik and with a beautiful garden. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and elegantly done. Tonci’s mother, Mrs Helena, welcomed us with some home made products and set a tone for the rest of the stay! We appreciated the personal touch very much!

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We were ecstatic with this AirBnB! It’s super clean, modern furnishings, and the owners were fabulous communicators. The best part for us was the location, it’s seriously in the best part of old town! The apartment is steps away from all the restaurants, cafes and bars along with direct access to both of the main gates of old town and the harbor. We highly recommend this apartment and will certainly reserve it again next time we visit Dubrovnik!

We had such a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host is very responsive and super friendly and you can reach out to her any time during the stay! The apartment itself is spacious with amazing views out the windows and the big balcony/terrace was our favourite. We stayed for 11 nights and everything we needed was in the apartment. The kitchen is great and has crockery, dish washer, big fridge, all utensils etc. The location is great it was so nice to be close to everything but in a quiet area at the same time. I would recommend this apartment and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Our stay was fabulous. We arrived earlier than the check in time and left far later than check out time due to our flight times and Ivana accommodated this without issue. I was celebrating a big birthday and my sister communicated with Ivana and I arrived to balloon’s and cake. A really lovely surprise. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Other than heating the pool (didn’t stop my family but I really don’t like cold water), I cannot and would not alter a thing. Its views are stunning, and I would 100% recommend Ivana and her apartment.

LOCATION is perfect esp. if you want to avoid the steps. The place is suoer clean and bigger than the picture.
