Ideally located in the heart of Nice, it allows you to discover the city and its surroundings. Its balcony offers views of the rooftops and is an invitation to relax in the sun during the day or in the cool in the evening. I don't speak English.

The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. Located on the top floor without an elevator, the apartment has a very nice view of the rooftops and the church steeple on the Old Town. it only takes 5 minutes to go to the beach Although in the heart of picturesque and vibrant Vieux Nice, the apartment located on a lively street Other things to note The apartment is on the 5th and top floor and the last part of the stairs is a little narrow. Be careful the stairs can be scary, but the apartment deserves a little effort

Studio with mezzanine, very well equipped, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. Located on a pedestrian street, 2 steps from the sea, it is on the second floor with elevator and has a balcony with table and chairs. Many restaurants nearby as well as the famous flower market. The bathroom is equipped with a shower gel dryer and towels. The fridge has a bottle of Provence rose as a welcome gift. Two coffee pods for the first morning.
