Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

5th floor WITHOUT elevator, with air conditioning. Perched on the rooftops, it is a two-room, simple and authentic, in a typical Nice building in a pedestrian alley of the old town, a short walk to Place Rossetti, Cours Saleya and the beach. Ideally located in the heart of Nice, it allows you to discover the city and its surroundings. Its balcony offers views of the rooftops and is an invitation to relax in the sun during the day or in the cool in the evening. I don't speak English.

In the heart of the old town, 2 steps from the famous Cours Saleya and the Promenade des Anglais, very nice typical Nice apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 2 extra beds in the living room (sofa). Ideally located 3 min/200 m walk to the beaches. Very quiet and bright with rooftop views and beautiful sea views. Air-conditioned. Completely renovated. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Easy tram access from the airport or Nice train station. Post-checkout luggage storage.

Located on the top floor without an elevator, the apartment has a very nice view of the rooftops and the church steeple on the Old Town. it only takes 5 minutes to go to the beach Although in the heart of picturesque and vibrant Vieux Nice, the apartment located on a lively street Other things to note The apartment is on the 5th and top floor and the last part of the stairs is a little narrow. Be careful the stairs can be scary, but the apartment deserves a little effort
