Pretty and comfy home, the pool area and landscaping backyard is so peaceful and tastefully done. I loved the little bird feeders on the kitchen window and the sweet little birds flitting about. The home has such a nice vibe throughout. Cheryl is very friendly and outgoing and has wonderful recommendations for the area. This was super helpful as the area is new area us.

We came up for a family weekend, but needed a pet friendly place to stay with our little pup. Yasiel's airb&b was the best place we've ever stayed while traveling. We slept great, made yummy food, and relaxed in between events! We can't wait to visit again!

My family had a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back. Chantale was so friendly and accommodating. The home was clean and appliances were nice and newer. The pool was so much fun for our family we didn’t need to go anywhere else just spent 2 days having wonderful quality time in a beautiful setting with an awesome pool!

Tim is such a great host. This is without a doubt the best Airbnb i have stayed in so far. With 2 full bathrooms, 6 bedrooms and two living rooms with couches made it so my bridal party could stay with us the weekend of our wedding. The pool ans deck area were beautiful. The house was immaculate. Tim also is great at communicating. I just cannot say enough nice things about this host and this house.

We were looking for a place to stay near our son’s wedding venue (The Cannery) and the Justice Place was the perfect place! Laura and Joel’s home is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and provided the perfect accommodations to enable his family and groomsmen space to have breakfast and relax as we all got ready for the wedding! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

We were in town to visit family. The home was perfectly located in a nice neighborhood. We slept good and felt very comfortable in this charming home! I have never been in an Airbnb that was so well stocked. Jenn was available if we needed anything and we would definitely stay here again.

This place...is a glitch in time....a special wrinkle that only folds for you and your family; encapsulates and hugs your soul. The outside property was still, quiet, serene. The kids and I had fun exploring the land and were tickled to find woodchucks' artwork. The house itself had any amenity you needed: well stocked kitchen with pots, pans oils and spices, tons of dishes, glasses, mugs. The living room was spacious with enough seating. Bedrooms were well-appointed and trés chic, with super comfortable beds and cozy comforters. Loved the upstairs office area and book nook; we used it all! The hot tub and grill were an awesome added bonus. Thank you again for letting us stay in your charming, beautiful, great-vibed space!

Great host and beautiful place to stay! Everything was very organized and clean. Close to town and easily walkable distance to main strip of Old Forge. Was even greeted by some deer every morning! Would love to come back during summer to enjoy the fire pit and river in the backyard.

Our stay at Fuad’s place was nothing but wonderful! His home was spotless, spacious, and felt very homey for my family and I. I stayed with my husband and 14 month old daughter, and Fuad was nothing but accommodating. He offered to leave toys for my daughter to play with, which we thought was very thoughtful! We needed to check out a day early due to my husband’s work, and Fuad was able to accommodate our request which we very much appreciated! We would definitely recommend/stay here again if we were ever in the area! Thank you again, Fuad!

Comfortable, cozy stay, close to the lake, house was fully furnished with everything necessary especially in the kitchen. Quick responses from home owner and flexible which was convenient. Early check -in and late check-out was a plus also

The home was in pristine condition. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked. The bathrooms had the fluffiest towels and robes. We loved the decor and all the gorgeous plants. The street is quiet and private. We will definitely book here again if we get the opportunity.

Great for multiple families. 2 separate kitchens perfect to accommodate food allergies. Secluded spot, lots of security and attentive host. Cute decor for photos ops. Nice large dining area for family meals. Beautiful area in the fall.

Super easy check-in, centrally located, and very clean. Everything our family needed for our stay. Juan was easy to reach out to and responsed quickly. A great spot in the Mohawk Valley.

We had a great time over a holiday weekend! The house was close to a few places to get necessities and a few places to eat. It was within a half hour to a few ski areas also, which was the main plan of our trip. The house was beautiful and clean. Thr sauna and hot tub were great features of the home. We got a good amount of snow while there and Julian was quick to keep us updated on having the driveway plowed. The area is beautiful wotha lake view. The house had plenty of space and bathrooms for our two families. Everything was clean and in goof shape when we arrived.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

Charlene was extremely responsive- low key, loved being welcomed into a cozy, family friendly environment.
