Very nice place to spend a relaxing weekend. everything we needed was supplied and Chris was very attentive to any issues we had. Thank you again Chris for an awesome cabin for us to spend our 1st wedding anniversary. oh and I left the drop bear in the woods. 😉

This was an amazing home in such a beautiful area of New York. The views are so nice and the hot tub off the master looking out at the landscape is amazing. All the details of the house really made it feel like you are in a chalet. The shower steam feature was also great. Just a great stay and we will definitely be back. For all you Hamilton parents - this is a great find only 20 min from campus!!

We stayed at Jon's place for our snowmobile trip. Jon was extremely helpful with letting us know the local restaurants and where to ride. He went over and above trying to help us plan our daily rides. The BBQ was also put away for the winter but once asked about it, he got it out for us without hesitation. The cottage itself is nice homey place with a wood stove and separate games room where everyone can hang out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!

This was our fifth year coming up to Camp David. I don't even look for another place because we know that this is our "home away from home" for a few super relaxing days. Everything you need is there. Very quiet and private. Always a great escape here. And Mike is extremely responsive and accommodating. Can't wait until next year.

A really awesome place, ideal for relaxing and get energized without external distractions ! Limited network depending on your carrier, which was exactly what we were looking for! A bit chilly in mid October - as advertised - but Pam made everything to make sure we were comfortable ! I am pretty sure I will come back! Lots to do in terms of hiking, and activities in the cities nearby

We had a great time at the cabin. It was peaceful and comfortable, with a nice view of the lake. Everything as described or even better. We would love to return next summer!

The cottage and property was well maintained. You definitely feel like you’re staying at a person’s home. The books, games, open floor plan, soaking tub, all make you feel cozy and if your staying at a friends cabin without the guilt of being an intrusive guest. The bugs deterred us from being outside at night, but that is to be expected with the view. The kayaks were easy to use and not far from a sandy shore and lake. We stuck to the middle tiny island and floated. It is not deep. The private beaches are not necessary but there is a small area near the painted frog rock where you can place your kayak if you are alone and want to swim. I was told by the renter’s it was fine but you want to ask because I don’t know if it’s technically private shoreline. Sitting in the living room playing trivia and hiking Auger Falls was our family’s highlight and bringing our dog made him so happy. He is still tired! It was the perfect combination of rustic charm with excellent amenities.

This place...is a glitch in time....a special wrinkle that only folds for you and your family; encapsulates and hugs your soul. The outside property was still, quiet, serene. The kids and I had fun exploring the land and were tickled to find woodchucks' artwork. The house itself had any amenity you needed: well stocked kitchen with pots, pans oils and spices, tons of dishes, glasses, mugs. The living room was spacious with enough seating. Bedrooms were well-appointed and trés chic, with super comfortable beds and cozy comforters. Loved the upstairs office area and book nook; we used it all! The hot tub and grill were an awesome added bonus. Thank you again for letting us stay in your charming, beautiful, great-vibed space!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay! So private and the meadow and brook were an added bonus. A doe came to visit us in the evenings, along with hummingbirds and blue jays. Coffee on the deck in the morning with my family, overlooking the beautiful landscape, is an experience I will always treasure. Grilling on the deck after a lovely day of hiking and swimming nearby, followed by game night is just what I was looking for in my stay. And, two thumbs up from our two dogs who thoroughly enjoyed themselves!!

This little apartment was the perfect place for my mom and I to relax and have a lovely time in Sylvan Beach! Roomier than I expected from the pictures which was a great surprise (for some reason I imagined you had to walk through the one bedroom to get to the other- that’s not true at all! There is a separate hallway that connects the two and the one to the living room space). The location on the beach is just perfect, and a wonderful yard with multiple spaces/ uses. Chris was so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. A great host at a great place- we will definitely be looking to book again in the future!!! Only tiny downside is no full kitchen- but Chris provides a grill, toaster, microwave, and griddle. Besides, it’s vacation and there are great restaurants in town- who wants to cook on vacation anyways???

We enjoyed a nice long weekend stay at Carolyn's cozy Adirondack cabin. She is a great host - very welcoming and communicative. The space is perfect for two couples or a family. The view of the lake from the master bedroom is spellbinding. Would love to come back when the snow is gone and the leaves are on the trees!

We had an amazing time at Edie and Daniel's place. The house is right next to the beach so we were able to walk right over, and the view from the house is beautiful. We have a 17-month-old and the house was great for a toddler - has a crib, high chair, gate for the stairs, not a lot of clutter. The location is great, right next to convenience stores and walkable to restaurants or for delivery. The beds were really comfortable as well! Overall a great spot with really responsive and friendly hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Great host and beautiful place to stay! Everything was very organized and clean. Close to town and easily walkable distance to main strip of Old Forge. Was even greeted by some deer every morning! Would love to come back during summer to enjoy the fire pit and river in the backyard.

We booked this cabin for a girls weekend getaway. It was lovely. The cabin is clean and well laid out. The kitchen area was actually a bit bigger than it looked in the pictures. The dock, the deck and the fire pit area have lots of comfortable seating to enjoy the views of the lake. Get up for the sunrise, it was beautiful. Just a short drive into Old Forge for restaurants and shopping and very close to the Bald Mountain Trailhead. Our first night we grabbed a bite at the tavern next store. The food and the service were both great! The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. I would definitely book this cabin again. Thanks for a great weekend!

Comfortable, cozy stay, close to the lake, house was fully furnished with everything necessary especially in the kitchen. Quick responses from home owner and flexible which was convenient. Early check -in and late check-out was a plus also

Great place for a few days of hiking in the Adirondacks with several great trails nearby. We were there in April, so many businesses still seemed shut down/on winter hours. The house itself was on a small highway, but it was surprisingly quiet with little traffic. The place was simple, comfortable, and cozy and had ample space for the two of us but could definitely accommodate more people. We cooked a lot, and the kitchen was outfitted with pretty much everything we could want, although the lighting could be improved a bit (not much light over the stove). Overall, would highly recommend!

It was a fast trip into town but this place made it easy peasy! Amazing location and amazing host!! Lovely bed slept maybe a little too well ♥️
