Here you have access to a villa with garden located in central Borgholm. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, only a 7-minute walk to the town square. Large, spacious kitchen and living room on one floor. A large bedroom with 180 cm bed and spacious wardrobes. Bathroom with double sink and shower. As well as a lovely outdoor room with a unique view of Borgholm Castle. The garden is completely private. In the basement, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and sauna/whirlpool tub, toilet, shower, hobby room/pub.

Welcome to rent our newly built guest apartment in Karlevi. Kitchen counter with microwave and fridge. Living room with TV with built in cromecast. Sofa bed that is easily converted into a bed. The bedroom has a double bed. Travel bed for a child is extra. High chair available. Duvets and pillows are in place, but you can bring towels. Sauna for a surcharge. Note: Stairs up to apartment. Toilet/shower/sauna is downstairs, you need to go out and down the stairs and walk along the garage to get there.

Kärsvik, a home with lake plot, jetty & rowing boat

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Access to own dock and rowing boat by the Baltic Sea. See forest and lake from the kitchen windows. The cheese coast trail passes outside. To get here, you need a car. Parking for several cars. Our water in the well is our own well, so the taste can vary if it is dry or wet in the hill. Slightly brownish on some days, which makes the shower, sink and toilet look a little brown. Of course, the water is drinkable. When charging an electric car, contact me.

Lovely house by the lake with Hot Tub

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

Kvarnstugan

Kvarnstugan is located in Fröseke in the heart of Småland. Just outside the cabin, Alsterån flows past and in the pond by the river there is a jetty with a boat that guests can use. The cottage is one of the oldest buildings in the village, has a sauna and seats up to 8 guests. Here in Glasriket you can not only visit the glassworks with their design history, outside the warm cabins there is untouched nature, lakes, cultural history and 40 minutes away is the Baltic Sea. Glassworks

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.

Experience the beautiful nature reserve Lövö. An island with walking trails, fishing grounds, woods and several bridges. The area has a diverse animal habitat. You will stay in a traditional Swedish cottage with a fantastic view over fields. The cabin has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a toilet. Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.
