Beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful. Approximately 6 km to a grocery store. Bicycles are available to borrow. Kitchenette with stove, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and porcelain. Water for cooking is collected in the bathroom in the adjacent building. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet, sink and dishwasher.

Close to nature, but still close to the centre. Note: Low ceiling height (2 m) in bedroom and bathroom. No separate living room – only what is shown in the pictures. Small BUT incredibly cozy 🫶🏼

Welcome to a cozy accommodation near Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You will stay in a nice farmhouse on a shared plot. Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

The small house is located with a car journey of about 30 minutes to both cities. As you can imagine, there are plenty of different excursion destinations. If you extend your trip to Kalmar, you will also reach pleasant Öland.

Gårdshus nära ägarbostad med ett rum och kokvrå.Badrum med dusch. Det finns en 140 cm säng och en liten bäddsoffa på 110 cm som passar till små barn. Katter finns på tomten och Katter o hundar vistas i huset ibland så inget för allergiker. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar alt. hyr för 75 kr per person. Nivåskillnader o trappor på tomten. Man städar själv.

Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Approximately 1500 meters to Bike Park. Ironman Week is booked in full at least 6 days 13-19 (or 14-20) August.

In the evenings, you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west-facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is open in Djupvik during the summer. Approximately 6 km to grocery store and restaurants.

Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.
