Approximately 4 meters above the ground, surrounded by green leaves, you can only feel comfortable. A day in the tree house (without the luxury of everyday life) slows you down incredibly. You shouldn't expect luxury, but rather an adventure and the challenge of getting by with little. With stick bread by the campfire and an evening view from the tree house into the starry sky, you can escape everyday life.

This is what vacation dreams look like under thatch: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter property with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

This apartment of over 155 m² was integrated into a farmhouse (former hayloft) in tranquil Efkebüll and impresses with its relaxed living on two levels. Due to the ideal orientation, the rising sun first conquers the bathroom and kitchen, wanders during the day into the spacious living and dining area and then sets as the evening sun in the bedroom. The apartment convinces with uncompromising generosity with the wide view through the lush window front.

Welcome to the farm Norderhesbüll farm! My guest room with kitchenette and private bathroom offers peace and an unobstructed view over the North Frisian Marschland. The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border. In BEACHhouse N°5, you can just drop. We'll take care of the rest. And when you get up again, you're almost at Ordinger Strand. Because you just need to cross the dyke and then a few more steps. Located at the narrowest point in Germany, this gem, an 180-year-old, thatched-roof Geestlanghaus, is in a quiet, secluded location with free parking, 10 minutes from the A7. Young couples with small children, solo travellers, tourists on their way to the north or south, painters seeking seclusion, pianists (grand piano available!), writers and other creatives, bird lovers and lovers of the seas are welcome in our small gallery!

Nordstrandnixe on land - 150 meters to the sea

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

Thatched Cottage by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.
