Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Okaloosa Island

My husband and I stayed for our two year anniversary. We loved the condo. The location and view were great! The only complaint that we do have is I feel you could’ve been a little more accommodating. We got into town a little earlier than expected asked if we could check in early…we were told no. Our first day there it was rainy so we asked for a later check out on our second day because it was beautiful and was also told no as well . We definitely would recommend the condo and we would definitely stay there again.

I thought I was settling because the place I wanted got booked. I’m so glad it was booked. There is no way to compare the view on the 22nd floor. The view was amazing. The beach was amazing, beautiful and serene. The beach was not too busy. The pools at this location were closed, but there were many other pools open and they were literally right beside us. This is a yearly trip for us and I’d love to be right back in the same spot next year.

Perfect location, walking distance to the Baytowne wharf. 5 min drive to the beautiful beach. Only down side in the room is the shower but other than that no complaints!

Phenomenal view! Unit was very clean. Plenty of towels, full size toiletries, and even lotion! Bed was comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets. Would 100% book here again. The employees were all polite. Tips for next visitors- 1. Tom Thumb (convenience store) is half mile away. Great walk. You can buy beach towels here (none are supplied). We bought beach blankets- cheaper & we liked them better as souvenirs. 2. Don’t bother packing toiletries- they supply plenty. Use those travel containers for cooking oils, etc., if you plan on cooking there. 3. Beach service is nice; however, it ends at 5 and tear down starts around 3. Maybe this is seasonal, but if you buy those beach blankets from Tom Thumb, it’s no big deal. 4. There’s an awesome Breakfast place that’s walking distance- maybe 1/4 mile. Beautiful views there, as well as some delicious French toast. 5. Do the touristy things. Take a dolphin sightseeing tour. Eat at Floyd’s Shrimp House.

This was a very nice spot for the price paid. It was super convenient—so nice to be able to walk right out on the beach. The balcony was so nice and I loved that they provided chairs and an umbrella. We didn’t use the pool at all so I can’t speak to that. My only suggestion would be to possibly add complimentary coffee or at least put on the post what kind of coffee maker they have. We’re coffee people and figured it was a drip machine so we grabbed a bag of coffee on the way in. When we arrived we discovered it was a keurig, so we had to go back to the store to grab pods. I might have just overlooked it in the listing but it would have been nice to have that info ahead of time. Honestly, not a complaint and I still gave 5 stars, but I just wanted to throw that out there as a suggestion. I will definitely return!

For being our first ever visit to Florida we absolutely loved it and this Airbnb is on the list of reasons! Me and my family enjoyed how close the beach was. Along with stores and resteraunts! I enjoyed how the backyard felt luxurious, relaxing on the outdoor furniture while supervising our kids play! Our kids also enjoyed the game room just as much as we did! We felt right at home and the beds were so comfy! There is so many positive things to say we overall loved and enjoyed this place!

Great spot for our baseball tournament at Preston Hood Fields, especially with kids and a dog. Great kitchen fully stocked and nice fenced in backyard!

Ronin's Place was excellent. Everything looked new and was perfectly clean. Plenty of room for the kids. Kitchen was outstanding. Beds were comfy and bedrooms were well designed as was the entire home. Would stay there again.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.

We loved our experience at Roni’s place. My children felt right at home and played so much in the house and backyard. The pacman machine was a hit! Recommend.

Book you won’t regret! House was equipped with everything you need. Home away from home. Host was very responsive, had an issue with the upstairs air and Mr.Scott came right out had it going in no time. He also gave great recommendations about activities and restaurants near by. Kitchen was fully equipped which is something you don’t regularly see and a Airbnb. We enjoyed our time.

Everything was amazing! Ronin was super helpful and communicative. The house was really nice. He had some great recommendations and the house was full of fun amenities. Will definitely be coming back!

Great 3 night vacation. Good starter packs of necessities. Overall cleanliness. The walk from condo to beach is very short compared to other places with long boardwalks. No noticeable noise from surrounding condos or outside. Would prefer blackout curtains but not complaining. Was very happy that the condo included beach chair/umbrella service for each full day of stay. Would stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay. The place was even better than the pictures. Beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were fantastic and made the stay feel extra special. We also loved how perfectly located it was, just minutes from all the spots we wanted to visit, including the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Overall was a nice stay and a great unit. The manager is very responsive with any needs. One thing I loved that wasn’t included in the listing was a beach wagon with chairs, toys, umbrella, towels, and toddler life jacket. Was definitely a nice bonus! The only con I had was the master bed. You can tell it’s old or been used for a while with two obvious indentations where people sleep with a higher lump in the middle. Overall, would stay here again!

Had all the accommodations we were told it had. A few things didn’t work ( lights in bedroom, bathroom). The heated pool could have been cleaner. Pretty scummy around the tile line & lots of sand on bottom. The other pools were just too cold to enjoy. It’s a shame that they aren’t all heated. The hot tubs had young children in them most of the time making it difficult for adults to enjoy them( no parents around to supervise & no staff doing anything about it), or the rough play of some on the lily pads. This is our 4th stay at Waterscape & the pools & hot tub used to be more closely looked after.

This property was as described. It was clean and the check in was easy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and my family loved the view. It is walk to get to the beach but I was able to do it with 2 bad knees, it’s not a long walk at all. There were a few small scratches/scrapes on the furniture in the living room but it still was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property again.
