Come in and welcome to our 1-room apartment centrally located on the edge of the old town. Despite its size, the apartment is spacious, fully equipped and invites you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city through the tub bath and the balcony overlooking our pond. At the height-adjustable desk and with VDSL connection, work stays can also be made pleasant. 4 stops from the main train station and 15 minutes' walk through picturesque Little Venice to the cathedral square.

The apartment offers everything you need for a stay in Erfurt. 5min walk to Cathedral Square, 1 min in the beautiful park "Little Venice". Located to the beautiful garden, the bedroom invites you to be woken up with birdsong. In the large table in the living room, itserves as a dining or working area thanks to the window space. In the garden, a small river and a homemade Hollywood swing are flowing.

This is a very nice and modernly furnished apartment in a prime location. It is located directly opposite the EGA as well as a 10-minute walk from the Messehalle Erfurt. The S-Bahn (suburban train) stop is in the immediate vicinity and Erfurt's old town can be reached in just 7 minutes. So you can leave the car completely relaxed. The apartment is very quiet with views of the countryside and perfect for lots of relaxation after an active day.

The child-friendly apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022. It can accommodate 4 people and a toddler. The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Schmalkalden. It is the starting point for hiking and cycling tours or for exploring the old town. For nice evenings in our large garden, we will be happy to provide you with a grill or enjoy the time in our beautiful conservatory.
