The house is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, on the upper floor even with bathtub and sauna). On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms as well as the living room have smart TVs. There is also a balcony and a fenced garden with a furnished terrace, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and a shed.

Our small bright apartment consists of a living/sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. In the well-equipped kitchen there is, among other things, a microwave with circulating air to bake rolls, for example, a Senseo and a normal coffee machine, toaster and a kettle. Two mobile hotplates also make it possible to cook small things. Coffee and cappuccino are ready for you. The apartment has a parking space and access to Netflix, Disney and RTL+.

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
