Our apartment is located in a district of Bensheim in a quiet location on the outskirts of the Bergstraße-Odenwald Nature Park. It is located on the ground floor and can be reached via six steps. It has a separate entrance. The apartment was completely newly renovated in January 2019 and comfortably and modernly furnished. It is a self-contained 3-room apartment on one level with a kitchen-living room, living room-bedroom, room with sofa bed, bathroom, separate toilet and a large balcony. (14 sqm)

Living in a farmhouse

You will live on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna are an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or horse walks can be booked.

Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Welcome to `Maison Cassis´, a bright and quiet holiday apartment in a charming period building in Ludwigshafen-Oggersheim. The nearby Maudacher Bruch nature reserve invites relaxing walks in green surroundings. Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Palatinate Forest are easily accessible. The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features a private entrance and garden area. A bakery, supermarket and tram stop are just 150 metres away. Lakes, an outdoor pool and restaurants are close by.

This spacious apartment on 115 m² area with two balconies, is located in the attic, south/west facing, very bright and open, in the middle of the green of the Odenwald, high-quality designed in the Mediterranean style. Guests from all over the world and their *animal friends are welcome! Enjoy the tranquility of the front Odenwald and still be quickly on the highway towards the south, e.g. Heidelberg, or north (Frankfurt). Extensive hiking routes start right at your doorstep.

Construction trailer on the Mooswiesenhof

A construction trailer awaits you at the back of our farm. It is heated with a small wood-burning stove and is fenced off on our horse pasture, so that you have a view of the countryside. Chickens, sheep and horses await you around you. We also offer overnight stays for horses. There is no running water in the trailer itself, but a storage canister. The toilet with sink is about 25 m away. We are surrounded by hiking trails. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Tiny loft (house) in southern Hessian Ried

Our Tiny Loft is located in South Hessian Ried, Trebur, Hessenaue, right next to a horse farm. The district of Hessenaue is still agricultural and is a paradise for horse lovers. On many farms you can still buy directly from the producer. Trebur is located in the city triangle of Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, the Rhine is 2 km away. Swimming lakes invite you to swim in summer. If you like to ride a bike, you can use the well-developed bicycle network.

Quiet apartment on the farm Ruckhardtshausen

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
