Living in a farmhouse

You will live on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna are an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or horse walks can be booked.

Our modernly furnished apartment with balcony is located on the top floor of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection to public transport.

There is a sofa bed (130 × 200 cm) in the living room. We are happy to provide a cot. Ideal for families, business travellers and groups.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Lovingly furnished to a high standard, the Alte Backhaus offers absolutely modern comfort within historic walls. You will be staying quietly in the middle of Weinheim's lively old town. The Mediterranean marketplace with many restaurants is only one minute away. You can reach Heidelberg or Mannheim in 20 minutes by car. Weinheim is located on the Burgensteig. We love dogs! We are happy to give tips for nearby places to walk your dog.
