Living in a farmhouse

You will live on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna are an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or horse walks can be booked.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Mein ca. 115 qm großes Haus liegt ruhig, ohne Durchgangsverkehr in Waldnähe. In der Umgebung gibt es viele familienfreundliche Unternehmungsmöglickeiten, wie Bikepark, Sommerrodelbahn, Stausee, ... und attraktive Städtchen. Vom Rundumbalkon (2 Hausseiten) genießt man eine Aussicht in die unverbaute Natur. Familien mit Kindern, Ruhesuchende, Sportbegeisterte, Paare, Gruppen, Haustiere - alle sind herzlich willkommen. Mein gemütliches Haus verfügt über 4 ZKB., Garage und Fußbodenheizung.

In the heart of the Odenwald, right on the edge of the forest, is our wooden house in the idyllic district of Airlenbach in the city of Oberzent. Our wooden house, furnished in the style of a forester's house, guarantees you peace and relaxation from everyday life and offers an ideal starting point to explore the Odenwald. The new wooden terrace with large seating area and a wonderful view offers pure relaxation. The holiday home offers generous space for 6 - 8 people with approx. 120 m².

This stylishly renovated house offers a large living area, a garden with a private barrel sauna and a barbecue. The perfect retreat for families and friends, surrounded by woods and meadows. Relax in front of the fireplace and, in summer, on the sun loungers. A place to arrive, switch off and simply enjoy time together.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Alternative wooden house

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
