Comfortable one bedroom apartment of 50 m2 in the lovely Skibhus neighborhood for rent. The location is lovely central and the distance to the city center is quite small. It's less than 2 km to the train station, HCA's house, pedestrian street, and so on. Skibhusvej itself is an atmosephere-filled commercial street with cafes and restaurants. The apartment contains a smaller kitchen with service for six people, stovetop, fridge, oven and possibility of laundry by appointment. In addition, your own toilet and shower. There is free coffee and tea.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.
