The size of a badminton court. A lovely terrace where you can almost always find shade. The living room is cosy, as the kitchen, dining area and living room are all in one space, so everyone can interact with each other. There is a TV with apps, so you can watch almost anything. It is permitted to use various Spices, candles, coffee and whatever else is in the house. Make yourself at home 😀😀

The apartment has an entrance on the ground floor, a steep staircase to the 1st floor living room and the 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. 300 meters from the house is the ferry to the beautiful South Funen islands.

The house is close to the train station, light rail and pedestrian street 📍 The common garden is shared with the front house. Playground a few meters away. Duvets/pillows with bedding for the stated number of guests. More can sleep by appointment 🌛

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

Free parking in the street, or just around the corner there is a large parking space with free parking around the clock. The house is not handicap friendly.
