Welcome to my charming 96 m² two-story backyard house – a cozy oasis in the middle of the city, ideal for couples, small families and adventurers 🏡 There is a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with a double bed (a bit of a steep staircase), a sofa bed (not suitable for adults) and finally a large white net for the brave. The house is close to the train station, light rail and pedestrian street 📍 The common garden is shared with the front house. Playground a few meters away. Duvets/pillows with bedding for the stated number of guests. More can sleep by appointment 🌛

The tram and city buses (50 m) make it easy to get around the city and on Funen.

Our newly renovated townhouse is located on a small street just a short walk from Assens city center with cafes, restaurants, cinema and the venue Tobaksgaarden. You are also close to scenic areas such as Helnæs, and within walking distance you will find several swimming-friendly beaches where you can be lucky to spot porpoises.

Brand new lovely townhouse of 114 m2 with entrance, kitchen-living room, living room, 2 bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom and extra guest toilet. One bedroom is decorated as a large office/TV room with a sofa bed. There are terraces on both sides of the house. The house is quietly located close to green areas. There are newly built bicycle and walking paths - about 20 minutes walk to Odense harbor, Odense city center and Odense University Hospital - about 10 minutes walk to TV2.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

In the middle of Svendborg and close to the city's shops, cafes and restaurants, this large holiday home is furnished with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 1st floor as well as a large living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

Our house is a small old townhouse that is not suitable for children under school age.

From the hallway, there is access to a lovely south-facing garden, with a barbecue and several dining areas. Free parking in the street, or just around the corner there is a large parking space with free parking around the clock. The house is not handicap friendly.
