The house is close to the train station, light rail and pedestrian street 📍 Common garden is shared with the front house. Playground a few meters away. Duvets/pillows with linens for listed number of guests. More people can sleep by appointment 🌛

In the eastern neighborhood, my lovely house is close to everything. Located on a quiet road and with walking distance of 10 minutes to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is decorated stylishly and spartan. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests. The house has a secluded courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bike for free use.

This large tastefully and elegantly decorated * *** home with atrium farm is located in the middle of the charming and lively commercial town of Kerteminde only 30 meters from Lillestrand, where the old fishing environment is preserved and walking distance to two of Funen's best bathing beaches, cozy marina and many restaurants. Kerteminde also offers sights and activity opportunities like the Fjord & Belt Center. The golf course Great Northern. Holiday home of 90 m ² completely renovated.

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

One bedroom is furnished as a large office/TV lounge with sofa bed. There are terraces on both sides of the house. The house is quietly located close to green areas. There are newly built bike and walking paths - approx. 20 min walk to Odense Harbour Bath, Odense Centre and Odense University Hospital - approx. 10 min walk to TV2 .

Our house is a small old townhouse which is not suitable for children under school age.
