Shopping across the street as well as a café, pharmacy, etc. Great eateries right next door as well as close to public transportation/train station. We have a dog and a cat in the house. When we are not at home, the dog is of course with us.The cat may be out of the house. The area is close to the old town centre, including Odeon, Grønttorvet and Hans Christian Andersen's House

Here you get a slice of the chambered "old" Juelsminde . The house was built in 1929. In the facade shop, I run a small cozy hairdresser salon, and in the “house” garage our adult daughter runs a flower shop, 🌺while the new refurbished back house + the first floor houses the 74m 'large holiday home. The flowery garden has two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecues can be enjoyed in the sunshine.
