Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

Welcome to Lyckhem, a house that was built in 1880. By renting our apartment, you get your own accommodation with your own entrance to the hall, living room, kitchen, toilet/shower and two bedrooms. In one bedroom, there is a 140 cm wide double bed, the room has no door but has a curtain for privacy. The second bedroom has a day bed that is 80 cm wide but can be pulled out to 160 cm wide. There is a toilet with shower and combined washer/dryer.
