In the quiet village centre of Haiming, on the 1st floor of our large, older house, we have 3 bedrooms 1 dining room 1 Kitchen 1 bathroom 1 toilet, tastefully decorated. At the entrance to the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 12 or 3 minutes on foot) and by car (parking at the house). Innsbruck and all the leisure activities in this region are very well connected. Farm shops and bakeries are around the corner 5-minute walk to BILLA, the post office, the pharmacy and the butcher's in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

We offer a modernly furnished holiday apartment for 2 to a maximum of 6 people in the heart of the Ötztal. Umhausen is an ideal starting point for many activities. You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. In summer, our guest terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. The apartment is modernly decorated and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Pitztal. A big plus is the excellent location. Both the bus stop, Pitz Park and the local supplier are within a 2-minute walking distance.
