Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Rest assured, despite the old houses across the street and next door, our neighborhood is safe and friendly - we love our neighbors!
