1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

Welcome to your home away from home! Remodeled two bedroom small cottage is located in a neighborhood just a few miles away from the beach. On a beautiful night with large surf, you can hear the waves out your window. While Oceano is awesome - it's also an old funky beach town. The neighbors are all friendly, but some of their houses are old and look run down. Rest assured, despite the old houses across the street and next door, our neighborhood is safe and friendly - we love our neighbors!

Come relax in this cozy cottage removed from the frantic world but so close you can easily go back at any time. Whether you choose to unwind in the serenity that surrounds our olive farm or venture out to experience all that SLO County has to offer, you'll be in the perfect spot for either or both. We're on a road less traveled with neighbors few and far between but located just 10 minutes from wine tasting, beaches, downtown SLO, the Village of Arroyo Grande, hiking trails and so much more.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

Come stay near the beach and dunes in Grover Beach. This well appointed 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apt is nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Oceano Dunes Natural Preserve is less than one mile away, and the famous Pismo Beach Pier is less than 3 miles away. San Luis Obispo is a short and scenic 15 min. drive North. We are halfway between San Francisco and LA with easy access to Highway 101. You will appreciate the ease of settling into this well designed space. You will have your own private parking space, entrance, a well stocked kitchen, as well as a clean organized home. This is a perfect launching spot to explore our scenic coastline, wine country, & coastal cities. For remote workers, it serves as an quiet and private space to work.

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.
