This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1800 sq ft home is spacious, luxurious, professionally decorated, and absolutely stunning. Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

You will be walking distance to the beach at this lovely 3 br, 2 ba home. Fully furnished and stocked, all you need to do is arrive and enjoy the beauty and relaxing ocean breeze. The home is furnished with three queen beds and one long twin bunk above one queen (both bunk beds are futon type mattresses), spacious dining, a cozy couch, and a desk. 1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.
