Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C.
